I know a man, who has lost his mate to cancer.

This man, would always bend over backwards to help anyone.

Going through his loss, he has suffered emotionally, as anyone would after losing a close loved one.

I was wondering why he was always broke afterwards.

He borrowed money from me.

He borrowed money from a close friend of mine.

He has took money for deeds supposed to be done but were not.

All traits that made me wonder...how is that?

That is not his nature. He told me, he just paid off his house, right after the passing of his loved one. He was always very financially responsible, even before paying off his house. Now, after paying off his house, he should even be more financially well off.

But he is not.

That puzzled me a bit.

Come to find out, he is online sending women gift cards.

I can go into a detailed psychological breakdown as to why this is. But, I will sum it up just briefly.

He is an emotionally vulnerable man after his recent loss of his loved one (partner) in life.
He is now trying to fill the void.
But, you have man haters out there...that enjoy making millions a month online.

Lonely traumatized men...beware. I recommend you taking some time learning about what is now becoming the norm online with some of these websites.

I need to talk to this man.

But when emotions are at play...............rational explanation is difficult.

Women are genius at emotional manipulation.

I have seen videos out there where women proclaim they are proud of this.

Not all women of course....but they are out there...they are hateful, angry, and money hungry.

peace all

Good News

It warms my heart to receive and share good news about humanity, especially about new/renewed/repaired relationships between loved ones. Good news is positive news and it’s something that I try to provide on here, because it helps to counteract the constant negativity that seems to pervade the blogs (jmho). There’s so much bad news around us EVERYDAY, that it’s always worth it to share whatever good news we have.

Today, when I read about CW’s repaired relationship with her father, I got a ‘warm & fuzzy’ feeling (remember…I’m a softie), so even though I knew very little about the challenges that CW has had with her dad, I felt really happy about the news. Additionally, the thought of her sister visiting her father to bring about that change seems so divine-like, that my spirit also rejoiced.teddybear heart wings

Have a great Sunday everyone (and share more ‘good news’ when you can).angel2 wine

With THIS blog, I'm risking an injury

And maybe a friendship also....
but I done it years ago before, and because I'm deeply worried, I'll risk it again.

Since April of this year my friend, our friend Nam is in Ukraine, assisting in their war.
September 2nd is the last mail I received from him, unlike his last mail before it, he was over there with only 3wks to go, asked me to pray for him as he felt those last weeks were going to be his longest, and him being him, the NAM within the man had to throw a joke in of course, to lighten his mood and perhaps for me to worry less..... as if.

Not long ago I put out a request for a link, and thanks to a member, I received one handshake
but the thing is, unless I hear from Nam, I need to be searching every once in awhile and since I don't have the know how, could someone else from another end if possible, do the search for me???

Would really appreciate, if someone would.

A thought for Nam along with a prayer, he'll return home, safely.... teddybear

World’s first robot lawyer set to advise in court...WOW.

In February 2023, a robot powered by artificial intelligence (AI) will provide arguments for the defendant in a traffic infringement matter in US court. Details of the defendant and court have not been disclosed. Joshua Browder, CEO of the US-based legal services firm DoNotPay, said that the “robot lawyer” runs on a smartphone. It does not address the court directly but rather listens to the arguments, collates data from legislation and legal precedent and then formulates legal advice for the defendant. The robot then tells the defendant what to say in real time via headphones.

DoNotPay has agreed to cover the defendant’s fines if the robot lawyer loses this traffic infringement case. To date, the company has used AI technology to assist more than two million people in customer service disputes such as securing refunds and lowering their bills. The technology has also been used to successfully dispute more than 190,000 parking tickets for clients. This is the first time it will be used to advise a client in court.

“In the past year, AI tech has really developed and allowed us to go back and forth in real time with corporations and governments,” said Browder. “We spoke live [with companies and customer service reps] to lower bills with companies; and what we’re doing next month is trying to use the tech in a courtroom for the first time,” he said.

Browder asserts that his company’s mission is to make the justice system a “more level playing field”. He wants to empower consumers with the legal information required to “solve their problems like beating parking tickets, appealing bank fees, and suing robocallers”.

wow This is not something that I had even envisioned, but it seems that AIs are really making inroads into man's crucial governing systems.
Should we be afraid/concerned (The Terminator movies come to mindhmmm)? dunno uh oh

Life in general.

Have you ever been watching a sporting event on television that went into overtime and the event lasted longer than anticipated?

Right after that event, the television announces we are now bringing you to your regularly scheduled program already in progress.

That is life.

We just jump into life already in progress.

Isn't that a bit weird to think about?

Where did we come from? What were we watching before and what is the program going to be after?

cheers dunno

Maybe more like a video game too...where it is a television program that is interactive.

What role do we play in it?
and
Have we overstepped our boundaries in this interaction? ....meaning, have we become too aware or knowledgeable of our situation and have we come to expect more from it than originally anticipated?

...just some thoughts

When we were given this physical vehicle (our bodies)...has our freewill accepted this challenge? Were we just randomly given it? Or were we forced to accept it? For ultimately what purpose?

...just some more thoughts

laugh

Are we here to solve a problem/mystery? Are we here to help others to make future watcher/players better off than we are/were? Are we just meant to be workers? Or, are we here to just hoard resources for ourselves? For sure though...we are here to reproduce vehicles(bodies) to allow new players to enter.

As far as we know...through our span of interacting (till our death), we are ultimately judged as to whether or not we were good or bad for the overall television program. Did we positively or negatively contribute? At least that is what our multi-thousand year old religions makes us believe. Religion...the "already in progress" television program's collective message.

Living a boring life because of fear. Huh?

A recent quote by an American author caught my attention whilst visiting one of my favourite websites, and it really has me thinking. He said, “Fear is a manipulative emotion that can trick us into living a boring life”. Was he speaking from personal revelation, or paraphrasing the thoughts of a friend during conversation? I don’t know, but whilst thinking about those words, I realized that people’s life being boring is common, and it could also be us becoming bored with life (in general) that is sometimes the problem.

When one is very young, energetic, optimistic and is experiencing life in all its newness and splendour, there usually isn’t any sign of boredom (except maybe at school or in church, lol). Perhaps this constant feeling of excitement and adventure was further amplified by one’s ignorance of fear? Do you remember how ‘fearless’ you were as a child (most of the time)? I do. It is only as I aged, that I became ‘fearful’ – usually of getting hurt physically, and later on … emotionally.

Not all fear is purely physical - there’s psychological, emotional and even spiritual fear - but I don’t think that it’s the ONLY reason for living a boring life or becoming bored with life… but then I could be wrong. Thrill-seekers, extreme athletes and other risk taking individuals lead exciting lives that sometimes are fuelled by fear (and other drugs grin), yet they could become bored too. Isn’t theirs a case of living adventurous lives with or regardless of fear?

Perhaps it’s when one’s fear becomes stronger that one‘s willingness to pursue new/challenging experiences – for example, dating outside of one’s race or relocating to another part of the globe for love – that that causes life to be boring. But what about becoming bored with Life altogether? I’m not talking about suicide (I've blogged about that already), just about feeling as though there’s nothing new under the sun that you could get excited about, or your ill-health/poor finances has dashed your hopes of being able to. Could fear be an influence for you in that case too?

In either scenario, I think that I may be guilty of letting some degree of fear affect my interactions with Life, and that may need some real scrutiny……hmmm moping

Old man, take a look at my life...

For years, I followed music, documentary and YouTube videos about Crosby, Stills, Nash... and yes Young. They are and were in the recent death of David Crosby, fantastic song writers. And over 50 plus years one emerged to be the moody bastard of the group.

Maybe you heard that Neil Young walked out minutes before a performance, killing a tour. Yeah, the sun and the moon weren't in alignment and it was time to go... forget about contracts, forget about loss of millions, forget about the fans who paid for records and concert tickets to support their careers. That's the way he was wired and always felt it justified his actions.

At times, there was a rift between Young and the world. Today my blog is about him, David Crosby and the feud that carried on for more than a decade.

Today in the news, Neil Young came around enough to give praise to the work and talent of Crosby and hailed him as the soul of CSNY.

That generation of song writers, musicians and entertainers are all in the passing stage of life... there aren't many more who can achieve their success. When they are gone... they are gone.
