Various types of hair accessories

On Halloween I decided to put my hair in in a ponytail. Never done this before and thought I would try it. Had a lot of good feedback on it. I tried putting a black hair tie in my hair, but had a difficult time trying to do this, so I had a co worker help me with this. rolling on the floor laughing

Anyway, I tried to take it out of my hair after 4 1/2 hours into the shift since I felt it pulling my hair scalp since she wrapped it up pretty tied. She assisted me again on taking it out for me.

After that, I decided to try another way. Using a small black hair claw clip. Well, that worked a lot better. I wore that last Saturday.

I found a two piece package that had a black and the other color was a dusty pink. Not wearing the pink one. rolling on the floor laughing

Just curious to know what your favorite hair accessory to use for a ponytail. This is for anyone that sports a ponytail.

Uneven porosity in hair.

What can I do to even out the porosity of my hair to ensure even color/texture? I sustained damage from highlights years ago. I now have an ultra-fine “veil” of hair atop healthy hair underneath. Bond reconstructors seem to be temporary.

Where And How Resource

Uneven porosity in hair can make it challenging to achieve consistent color and texture If you've experienced damage from highlights. Regular deep conditioning treatments can help improve the overall health and moisture balance of your hair.

Damaged Hair Treatment Repairing
Protein treatments, such as those containing keratin or other strengthening ingredients.

Keratin Hair Treatment

Products like Olaplex are known for their bond-building properties.

Limit heat styling: Excessive heat styling can lead to further damage and uneven porosity. Minimize the use of heat styling tools like straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers, or use them at low heat settings.: Avoid using harsh chemical treatments such as perming, relaxing, or excessive hair dyeing, Regular trims can help remove damaged ends and promote healthier growth. Use a sulfate-free, gentle shampoo to avoid stripping natural oils from your hair. This helps maintain moisture and prevents further damage. Treat your hair gently to minimize further damage. Use a wide-toothed comb or a brush with soft bristles to detangle your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up gradually.

Twitter Mirror On The Wall...

I like to look in the mirror as much as the next supermodel, but how about when the mirror starts talking back?

Do I want to smash the mirror?
Do I listen and 'reflect'?
Do I find humor and objective value in what the mirror has to say?
Can I laugh at my own reflection?

WTF am I talking about?

Slipped Disc, of course.

FOR WOMEN ONLY

To improve your appearance and impress men, perhaps you should consider the following:-
Wear your hair long and don't bleach it.
Wear skirts that are above the knee, preferably mini style.
Choose colours carefully and with taste, and ensure they match.
Don't overdo the make up and look as though you are wearing a mask.
Don't tattoo your body. It's just tasteless.
Wear shoes that you can walk properly in and not look as though you are drunk.
Don't wear cheap lipstick that makes your teeth look red, as if you were wearing a gum shield.
When you are eating, don't lean your elbows on the dining table, and hold the knife and fork properly.
Use a tissue to wipe your nose, and not your sleeve.
When seated in public, if you're not wearing underwear, please cross your legs.
Make sure that if you are wearing a bra, that it is properly adjusted. The new cowgirl bra enables you to head them out and point them in the right direction
Hope these tips are helpful.

From my heart........

(Beauty in the heart)

“You have to calm your mind, and you have to pray from inside your heart, not from your mind, and you have to let the Light of God shine into your heart.”

disease and old age are creeping up on us.

At some point you have to accept you as who you are.

You don't need someone to complete you. You only need someone to accept you completely..

A girl doesn't need anyone who doesn't need her.

And then you meet one person and your life changes forever.
When I first saw you I fell in love, and you smiled because you knew.

That took an unexpected turn.... no?

Just because you can’t see the beauty doesn’t mean it does not exist,.
Beauty is simply pleasure.
Although it must be said “each to their own”.
no?
uh oh

obviously there are ugly and evil things in this world
sigh

Expose yourself to the right books, philosophies, and information to have the best perspective of the world as possible.

Fame, Money, intelligence are NOT... the
most important things in life. The thing which matters the most....
is PEACE of... MIND.

Until
my last breath
I will Praise God
Amen.... angel

Dear God
i want to thank you... for all those things.. you do that... i never see..
helping me get
through each day safely... making sure..
my family is.. protected and your many other countless
blessings
in
Jesus name.cool
Amen. wave

Our brilliant President's western Pennsyltucky rally....

...with the usual adoring crowds of hard working people. All seeing the climbs in employment, wages, and money back from the IRS. The end to confiscatory penalties under the unaffordable care act wished for as well. The biased media like to think of BHO as a political genius and Mensa caliber thinker. But we are now seeing real evidence of such. Keep and grow the base. Impress those on the fence with economic near miracles, ones felt by the working person, business owners and equity investors alike. Browbeat the liberal biased media. Play around the edges with sometimes confusing talk/tweets, for domestic consumption, and foreigners---friends and foes alike. Don't let fear of not being liked by the detractors, especially those dependent on the government, even enter into the mindset. Many will come around in spite of themselves when they smell the coffee about real improvements, and how they are taken for granted by pandering democrat pols. Yeah, a first class moron. Stay tuned. V-A.

Gorilla Snot...

My niece lived with me for a few years while she completed school. After, she got a part-time job as a waitress and enrolled in college. She stayed for a year after I married but her presence was often annoying as coming and going all hours of the day. It was time for her to move on.

The restaurant chain she was employed by offered her a transfer to another city and nearly all her belongings left my house with her. She forgot a few perfume bottles and DVDs.
Today, I see in the medicine cabinet a hair gel called Gorilla Snot.

Kinda sticky substance that dries hard... like wallpaper paste!

That was some strange hairstyle she grew out of.

The Beauty

"It’s best to know the people who would stand by you when you’re at the lowest point in your life. They were there in most of your troubles; they were there to cover you up as well.
They are the few who could easily read your mind, lift your spirit, sympathize with you and best of all who know well how to cheer you up and make tomorrow a brand new day.

They are the only creature who can give the best and the most painful experience in my entire existence.

They are the reason for my happiness despite my imperfections!"

ignorance can be sweet sometimes....

...whilst walking on the beach last night..my little friend said to me (31)

Is it true that there are vampires in the UK...doh

Wtf are you talking about...No my friend at school she said don't go with British people because some are vampires.

I wasn't quite sure how to react at first, but it was quite sweet to hear this innocence, or is it ignorance. But it does astonish me some of the things people say, and its not the first time I've heard things like this from island dwellers...

Unfortunately ignorance like those who have committed and continue to commit crimes like Ivory coast..where they shot kids.
