HIGH FREQUENCY EQUALS GREATER OPPORTUNITY
Continued: “How”—you may be asking—“can I keep my frequency and energy level up?”
First and foremost is to catch yourself as soon as possible when you notice that you are feeling stress, frustration, anger, or any sort of negative feelings, and realize that you do NOT have to be in that low-frequency state. Also, appreciate that these same low-frequency feeling-indicators serve you as a very sophisticated (yet simple to utilize) bio-feedback mechanism.
Recognize that these low-frequency states disconnect you from the Infinite Creative Source, and that there is rarely (if ever) a truly productive thought or idea to be had while in such a state.
As you move out of the anger, frustration, or apathy, and into a higher-frequency range, you will begin to open up again the energy-flow pathway (the natural position is wide open) and thus create a condition of greater potential for receiving inspirational ideas and thoughts.
Grief-stricken persons will usually walk around in a semi-conscious state, not fully aware of what they are doing. Why? Because this state is such a complete polar opposite to that of the Higher Self (the Soul-you). One will become almost completely disconnected from Source due to the effects of such a low vibrational frequency.
Severe depression can also result in death or near-death conditions of the body-vehicle as a result of this nearly constant disconnect (lack of Life Force) resulting from that low-frequency state.
The non-physical aspect of you (the real you, your Higher Self, not the “outer covering”) knows that there is nothing truly bad or negative which warrants lingering in such a low-frequency vibration.
As your frequency lowers, the physical you become more and more irrational, desperate, and disconnected from Source. Usually this state will cause a rapid downward spiral of impacting negativity (as you attract more of the same). If that negative state becomes chronic, the physical you can become seriously ill (especially cancers and heart troubles) and you can eventually cause a complete disconnect of your Higher Self’s Life-Force Energy from the body—resulting in death of the body.

Greetings, old friend! It is I, Serapis Bey, Master Teacher of the Fourth (crystal clear) Aspect of Creator’s spectral expression. I represent the fulcrum or balance point between the first three and the last three Aspects whom you ones commonly refer to as the Ascended Masters.

Your world has entered the Cleansing Phase of the Great Transition. This is a purification of sorts which will ensure that the like-minded, high-frequency beings of proper attunement and preparation will evolve as caretakers, along with your planetary orb Earth-Shan.
The evolving conditions of frequency increase will not be suitable for low-frequency energy systems. Many of you are finding that inner stress is building at an ever increasing rate, and those “minor” annoyances that caused subtle irritation even a year ago will likely make you physically ill in a very short time this day.
The ever increasing frequency of the Earth-Shan planetary system is causing many a “rational” person to do quite “insane” acts. There are, indeed, many reasons for this, not the least of which is the susceptibility of the physical body to damaging man-made electromagnetic pulse-wave frequencies, deliberate biological attacks, and various mind- control media propaganda. All of these are designed to place and keep ones in a low- energy, low-frequency state.

ANNOYING NEIGHBORS
Everywhere i have ever lived i try to stay clear from the neighbors. I don't want relationships cause every time i show a little kindness it opens a big can of worms. I have lived in my n ew home for a year and up till a month ago, i didn't communicate with them. Then this bright shiny day, i was feeling good for a change, and I made the mistake of waving to them. It started the next day. They were coming to my huse every half hour wanting me to take them somewhere, bum a cigarette, or borrow my car. I only have liability so i dont like others driving my car. Well they had a death in famiuly and no way to get to services so i loaned them my car. Big Mistake, it got worse and worse and one day they showed up and i went off like a wild person, then i put a NO TAXI sign on my car. They havent asked again. lol. Now yesterday they had their electric turned off and who do you think has to store their frozen foods and let them use myphone. I get more calls from them than i do for myself. WHAT DO I DO, on top of this they live in a filthy urine soiled house with eight cats and eleven dogs and i cant stand to smell them. First time i took them somewhere it smelled so bad in my car i ask them all to check their shoes because i thought surely someone stepped in poop. well, it was them. they come to my house, bring the funky odor and carry in a bunch of fleas. is their a Human Pest Control that i dont know about. People take my kindness as a weakness and they take advantage of me. HOW DO I AVOID THIS, CAN I SPRAY THEM WITH FEBREEZE AND FLEA SPRAY BEFORE THEY COME IN, HIDE MY CIGARETTES, COKE. I can have my door locked with Do Not Disturb Sign and they still knonck, knock, knock

Hello all i need some advice here.Sence being on here off & on for 6yrs I have recieved lot's of mail.I alway's"go to the person's profile,check it out and would alway's reply wether with a "Hi cutie"(if they were my type") or a thanks for checking out my profile and good luck!! if not...I felt this was the polite thing to do! I am a very kind person and doing so would have many that would continue to write even after i sent a "polite" "Sorry your just not my type" only to continue to recieve ugly,hateful mail.I recieved a msg from a guy yesterday.I went and checked out his profile and yes i know looks are not everything but in rearind his information realized He "definatly" was not my type.He had many rude remarks reguarding women.How if they were not interested to "Jump off a building" not exact but you get the idea.So in fear of repeating past mistakes i deleted his msg figured he as i would assume "Oh well she was not interested" Then he sent me another msg late last night telling me "I AM A RUDE CONCEITED"PERSON" WON'T QUOTE HIS WORD LOL" Then went on to say "At least i could have replied,said not interested etc.So what do you all think??? Am i wrong?
Heart Shaking Love Story
There was once a guy who suffered from cancer... a cancer that can't
be treated. He was 18 years old and he could die anytime. All his
life, he was stuck in his house being taken cared by his mother. He
never went outside but he was sick of staying home and wanted to go
out for once. So he asked his mother and she gave him permission.
He walked down his block and found a lot of stores. He passed a CD
store and looked through the front door for a second as he walked. He
stopped and went back to look into the store. He saw a young girl
about his age and he knew it was love at first sight. He opened the
door and walked in, not looking at anything else but her. He walked
closer and closer until he was finally at the front desk where she
sat.
She looked up and asked, "Can I help you?"
She smiled and he thought it was the most beautiful smile he has ever
seen before and wanted to kiss her right there.
He said, "Uh... Yeah... Umm... I would like to buy a CD."
He picked one out and gave her money for it.
"Would you like me to wrap it for you?" she asked, smiling her cute
smile again.
He nodded and she went to the back.
She came back with the wrapped CD and gave it to him. He took it and
walked out of the store. He went home and from then on, he went to
that store everyday and bought a CD, and she wrapped it for him. He
took the CD home and put it in his closet. He was still too shy to
ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn't. His mother found
out about this and told him to just ask her.
So the next day, he took all his courage and went to the store. He
bought a CD like he did everyday and once again she went to the back
of the store and came back with it wrapped. He took it and when she
wasn't looking, he left his phone number on the desk and ran out...
!!!RRRRRING!!!
The mother picked up the phone and said, "Hello?"
It was the girl!!! She asked for the boy and the mother started to
cry and said, "You don't know? He passed away yesterday..."
The line was quiet except for the cries of the boy's mother. Later in
the day. The mother went into the boy's room because she wanted to
remember him. She thought she would start by looking at his clothes.
So she opened the closet. She was face to face with piles and piles
and piles of unopened CDs. She was surprised to find all those CDs
and she picked one up and sat down on the bed and she started to open
one.
Inside, there was a CD and as she took it out of the wrapper, out
fell a piece of paper. The mother picked it up and started to read
it.
It said: Hi... I think U R really cute. Do u wanna go out with me?

Not wanting to disappoint any children on the eve of Christmas, the perfect couple loaded Santa and his toys into their vehicle.
Soon they were driving along delivering toys. Unfortunately, the driving conditions deteriorated, and the perfect couple and Santa Claus had an accident. Only one of them survived the accident. The question is: Who was the survivor? Scroll down for the answer.
