Should i take a chance and risk losing everything?

Start my own business or continue working for a corporation forever? Its a question i have been wrestling with for 3 days now. I know i can make my own venture work with reasonable ease, but then how come i cant seem to take the next step?
Any advice out there?professor

Not A Joke!! Even If you dislike attorneys...... You will love them for these tips.
Read this and make a copy for your files in case you need to refer to it someday. Maybe we should all take some of his advice! A corporate attorney sent the following out to the employees in his company:

1. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, write 'PHOTO ID REQUIRED.'

2. When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOT put the complete account number on the 'For' line. Instead, just put the last four numbers.
The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won't have access to it..

3. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a P.O. Box use that instead of your home address. If you do not have a PO Box, use your work address.Never have your SS# printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary.
But if you have It printed, anyone can get it.

4. Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place. I also carry a photocopy of my passport when I travel either here or abroad. We've all heard horror stories about fraud that's committed on us in stealing a Name, address, Social Security number, credit cards.

Unfortunately, I, an attorney, have first hand knowledge because my wallet was stolen last month. Within a week, the thieves ordered an expensive monthly cell phone package, applied for a VISA credit card, had a credit line approved to buy a Gateway computer, received a PIN number from DMV to change my driving record information online, and more.
But here's some critical information to limit the damage in case this happens to you or someone you know:

5. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them.

6. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit cards, etc., were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one).

But here's what is perhaps most important of all: (I never even thought to do this.) 7. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and also call the Social Security fraud line number. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the internet in my name.
The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.

By the time I was advised to do this, almost two weeks after the theft, all the damage had been done. There are records of all the credit checks initiated by the thieves' purchases, none of which I knew about before placing the alert. Since then, no additional damage has been done, and the thieves threw my wallet away this weekend (someone turned it in). It seems to have stopped them dead in their tracks.

Here are the numbers you always need to contact about your wallet, if it has been stolen:
1.) Equifax: 1-800-525-6285

2.) Experian (formerly TRW): 1-888-397-3742

3.) Trans Union : 1-800-680 7289

4.) Social Security Administration (fraud line): 1-800-269-0271
We pass along jokes on the Internet; we pass along just about everything.

If you are willing to pass this information along, it could really help someone that you
care about. thumbs up

My Way!!

And now the end is near
And so I face the final curtain
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state my case of which I'm certain

I've lived a life that's full
I traveled each and every highway
And more, much more than this
I did it my way

Regrets I've had a few
But then again too few to mention
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption

I planned each charted course
Each careful step along the byway
And more, much more than this
I did it my way

Yes there were times I'm sure you knew
When I bit off more than I could chew
But through it all when there was doubt
I ate it up and spit it out, I faced it all
And I stood tall and did it my way

I've loved, I've laughed and cried
I've had my fill, my share of losing
And now as tears subside
I find it all so amusing

To think I did all that
And may I say not in a shy way
Oh no, no, not me
I did it my way

For what is a man what has he got
If not himself then he has not
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way

Ive loved, Ive laughed and cried.
Ive had my fill; my share of losing.
And now, as tears subside,
I find it all so amusing.

To think I did all that;
And may I say - not in a shy way,
No, oh no not me,
I did it my way.

For what is a man, what has he got?
If not himself, then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels;
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows -
And did it my way!

Console Gaming

So, I came to a realization while playing on my PS2. Console games are like personal journeys. You can play at your own speed and enjoy the adventure. You can press START and pause it at any time, and you are not dependent upon those around you.

WoW...not so much. I never seemed to find it calming to the degree that I find a game like Spyro or Okami. Sure, I mean don't get me wrong, I do love being an elf, but it's just missing that element of magic that many of my PS games have programed lovingly within them. There aren't people constantly bitching at each other in the bottom left corner of the screen, and as I mentioned above, you can work through it at your own speed. I mean, some games I whip through multiple times, like the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series, but others, like Spyro, make me want to just mosey around and collect things.

I can't even imagine trying to beat any of the bosses from Shadow of the Colossus in the context of WoW. I couldn't imagine stunning the flying boss as he swoops down or climbing to the top of the final boss only to use divine storm a few times to drain him of HP. No, no, no.

Merely hanging on is a large part of the journey.

Why Am I Sad For?..

I know i shouldn't be sad right now on account of finding myself an okay boyfriend, but my mind just feels so horrible right now.

My phone really does suck, so i end up getting texts from Saturday today?..it really does bother me frustrated. So anyway back to the story, my ex sent me this massive essay message saying i had deceived him..He knew i had a boyfriend?. And he said that he never wanted to speak to me again and that he could finally move on and give someone worthy his affections, to be honest i dont think anyone will ever live up to his expectations as he was always trying to change me and he was never really that affectionate towards me, if he does actually get affectionate towards someone god help her is all i can say. Or i hope she gives him V.D or stamps on his balls!..Grrr he's made me so mad!, and thats why im hurting, oh and he called me like 5 times this afternoon, last call was 1.16pm..Dunno what he wanted though..

But i know deep inside i shouldn't hurt as thats a good sign he's out of my life for good, but half of me still wants to talk to him and see him!!, my minds driving me crazy!, i love my new boyfriend and thats the end of it and nothing going to wreck him not even some spiteful shit of an ex! very mad

I know he's not worth me getting my blood pressure up about, im seeing my boyfriend this Wednesday and if the weathers nice we're having a picnic in the local park so fingers crossed for nice weather!.

My birthdays 1 week today wow and im getting my pink guitar when my parents order it for me, my friends and boyfriend are coming over and we're going shopping with the money ive saved when i was at college so its going to be a very entertaining day to see what my boyfriend has brought me as he tells me its a lot of money whatever it is laugh

So without rambling anymore than i already have!, thank you for reading my blog =)

Much Love

Alfred Kroner

Professor of the Department of Geosciences, University of Mainz, Germany.

Interview with Prof. Kroner.Professor Kroner is one of the world's most famous geologists, becoming well known among his colleague scientists for his criticisms against the theories of some of the major scientists in his field. Sheikh cAbdul-Majeed A. Zindanî met with him and presented several Qur'ânic verses and Hadîth which he studied and commented upon.

"Thinking where Muhammad came from... I think it is almost impossible that he could have known about things like the common origin of the universe, because scientists have only found out within the last few years with very complicated and advanced technological methods that this is the case."

"Somebody who did not know something about nuclear physics 1400 years ago could not, I think, be in a position to find out from his own mind for instance that the earth and the heavens had the same origin, or many others of the questions that we have discussed here...

If you combine all these and you combine all these statements that are being made in the Qur'ân in terms that relate to the earth and the formation of the earth and science in general, you can basically say that statements made there in many ways are true, they can now be confirmed by scientific methods, and in a way, you can say that the Qur'ân is a simple science text book for the simple man. And that many of the statements made in there at that time could not be proven, but that modern scientific methods are now in a position to prove what Muhammad said 1400 years ago."
