Iam new to this and hope i find that right person for me.

I often wondered, during the darker hours of my marrage, what it would be like to be single again. Well now i know,it's been a whole month without my wife living with us, only seeing her maybe once or twice a week and even then only for a fleeting moment. we have been getting on quite well becuase of these circumstances and if doesn't half mess with your head. i know why we're doing this, i know that in the long term it's the best thing for everyone concerned, but well lets just say i miss her a fair bit. memories of all of the trouble there has been over the last few years of our marrage are enough to bring me round from those thoughts, after a while.
A new life becons, new experiences and a whole new outlook on things. i am working on some short stories, i hope i can maybe find someone daft enough to publish them. if i can it'll be a much needed boost to my ego.
Anyway, watch this space for more inane ramblings....

You know what they say. Is that the government always lies. And i dont know about any one else but i believe that, that is true.
Some time s like when I was working with handicapped children most of the parents or the government would just like to put them away like they were nothing. It makes me sick to know what the kids would be cappable of and no one would want to give them the chance to show how wonder ful they were that is my first speil on how the govern ment sux.

Ive just come back from Innis mor, great place and great people, what an interesting island lots of ancient hill forts and stuff, did lots of cycling so having a rest now! Anybody else like the great outdoors and seeing your country?

Hi there... New to this and just hope I have done everything ok

Well, folks, I've just posted two pictures of me for people to view. I have never had much of a clue what I look like and hope people will judge me for aspects which I have somewhat more understanding of and control over. I have absolute trust in the people who took these on may behalf. If anybody ooks at these pictures before reading more than this blog, I'd be interested in what you think you can deduce about my personality merely from the pictures.

It's thrilling to be having such an excellent weekend. Yesterday, I met the first of hopefully many new friends from this site. We had a good evening at a local restaurant together. I didn't expect that kind of result for months if I was lucky. You'd think a veteran online shopper like me would take having a living interested person show up in stride. There's just a degree of unreality about reaching out online that make real-world results absolutely magical.

I spent a good chunk of the morning acquiring freshpodcast. One of the deliteful trops of data I slurped down was the third Reif lecture from the BBC. Mr. Sax is an economist who sees a lot of case for hope that humanity will be able to solve the many proglems faced by the world. Being an optimist myself, I'm gettin sadly used to being surrounded by gloom and doom. It positively puts a new spring in my step to hear him utline his reasons or hope, wisdom and insite. Everyone ought to hear this year's Reif lectures. They're a tremendous call to action.

To top it all off, I'm seeing a couple of very good friends tonight for dinner at their house. It's hard to beet good food and good company together after spending so much time alone. This weekend is a phenominal bright spot which has truly brought home the fact that it is indeed possible to start fresh in life. I'll be working with new energy and determination this week. When people make a positive difference, it's only fair that we put whatever effort we can in to making one for others. Living by that philosophy has always stood me in good stead.
