It's bright and sunny here in Brissy. 29 or 30 degrees though - I would guess a bit warmer than Frankfurt. But practically no one wears shoes here... Is a bit of a party atmophere.

This is the coldest start to summer in decades, in the eastern states anyway, and the forecast is for cool, wet weather to continue for some time yet.
So pack your brolly and your wellies and you'll be fine.
