I had to think really hard about this one because the movies that I think are bad are just that: bad to the core and there's no redeeming quality about them. The only ones I can think of that are bad by today's standards were the ones in the "Jason and the Argonauts" category (mythological films with the trick monsters etc), yet they were good in the sense that they actually told a story.

right I remember watching those on rainy Saturday afternoons....the mythological creatures & the costumes were always pretty interesting.
Khan,...the Mongul conqoueror never sounded so good! Great Saturday afternoon frivolity!
For me there are so many as i loved the 70s B movies, but i will go or The Rocky Horror Picture Show. So bad it is brilliant always makes me smile, gives me a lift when need it, a bit like Python's Life of Brian.

Yes, they brought the stories to life (btw, sorry I meant to say mythological theme films in my post. Didn't realize I missed a word until after I posted... It's age related atrophy of the brain )
Genghis Kahn starring John Wayne…sooooo bad, it was hilarious, and the stupid cowboy dialogue did not help! Then there was Ishtar…Hey, better then many I could name. It certainly was entertaining and actually did have a story; never could understand why people stayed away from it. People that actually saw it, rather liked it...
