Actually we never die OP.
Our body does, but our ETERNAL souls just progress to another estate.
Its all about eternal progression.
However it is promised that one day our bodies will be resurrected and rejoined with our spirits and we will become LIVING spirits again, but this next time be GLORIFIED and PERFECTED much like God (our Father). What parent (earthly or heavenly) would NOT want the same for their offspring as they themselves have?
So does this mean God was once a man too? Yes. As proven in Jesus the Christ.

Those who drop dead running or drop dead because of exercise are those who have underlying heart problems that they didn't know they had..It's imperative before tackling a gym or going for a run to have a thorough medical check up including stress tests.It's the ones that have heart attacks at forty and drop dead while running that are a concern
