Yes, usually I DIY myself, it's great to get help. 
We collapsed on the couch and someone hit the hay already. We both do sports regularly, but looks like we're very fit when we're back to work in the office.
I don't like steep hills though.

It is practically house arrest in some countries. No kayaking would be allowed unfortunately.
