Inthewoods: I heard about this on the news today, the bear was really after him, he's lucky he didn't fall...
A man skiing down a mountain in Romania on Saturday was, at first, unaware that a brown bear was chasing him. But horrified onlookers on the ski lift screamed warnings at him: "Faster, faster! Come on, the bear is chasing you! Faster! God forbid, don't look back!"
Once the skier realized what was happening, he threw his backpack off, which distracted the bear long enough for him to make a quick getaway. Once officials arrived, the bear had already taken off to the nearby forest.

god he was lucky wasn't he, that bear wasn't too far behind him either...smart lad throwing off his rucksack as a distraction...I hope that bear didn't go for anyone coming down after him..

Its been a month and so many positive benefits,
I will keep going til I reach my normal weight which is 12 and a half stone, and maintain it with effort and work
Its my correct BMI a 32’’ waist, trim and slim.
I have to say I’ve never felt as good by making these changes,
