To take more regular breaks from work 
The industry I work in is quite challenging and demanding; I love what I do but it's easy to get so absorbed in it that the days, weeks and months fly by and I've realised that, aside from the odd day off here and there, I've only taken one week's leave in the past twelve months
I need to be more aware of self care (and potential burnout) which I've recognised while being on leave over the Christmas break.
It's been blissful and so refreshing

When it comes to meeting men my New Years resolution is to just go with the flow..Don't over think things at all because over thinking things are nothing but complications that end up in disaster. I had a habit of over thinking things when it comes to men as a way of watching my back trying to keep safe..Same way I apply myself at the gym with difficult things I put myself through I think things out for safety.. So when it comes to men I need to learn how to balance an even keel so to speak.
