FG3 RISE OF THE GROTH...(Part14)
To digress from the story at this point is a must,
Fear not, it’s for good reason, in me the storyteller, place your trust,
A few things I must explain,
Or others at some future date, could, the whole story disclaim,
I write the story as I’m told,
And no opinion of my own do I hold,
It is all told to me by a Faerie, all by heart,
So I had to research once more the ancient scrolls, the results of which I’ll impart.
Now, in the wholeness that is everything,
Only one other could do such a thing,
He who wears the dreamweaver Ring,
Of rings….Mortals thought there were only five,
But, a sixth was secretly made, to make sure the dream crystals would survive,
And for he who wears it all things are possible,
For, in dreamtime, nothing is impossible,
And of course, even in dreamtime there must be a balance,
For nature, in whatever realm, abhors imbalance…..
Meaning…There is also a seventh Ring….
This in contrast, is black and shadowy….An evil thing….
And the wearer?…..He who would pour upon Faerieland all his wroth...
Yes….Egron himself…..Dark Lord of all the Groth…..
Though I can hear some learned scholars now,
Seven?….Balanced?….But how?….
But that’s easy, and here’s the thing…..
The fifth , the so called “Lord of all the Rings”, counts as two….
For it has both good and evil resident within…..

About this poem:
This was such a surprise to me, and why I had to research the ancient scrolls you see,
So how did the wizard do it?....Even to me, until I am told, it is still a mystery.......Andrew...xxx
