color thoughts

This poem was written by my 8 year old granddaughter, Kaitlyn.

as I see colors, I think of you
you are my darling, my rose of joy
my angel sent down from heaven
each glance of your beautiful face makes a rainbow appear
somebody may say that you're bad,
but I say they're wrong
colors of the world look like you on a special day
when I see you, my colors glow

she observed me on the computer writing stuff and got paper and pencil and wrote the two poems. I was taken by her innocence and her phrasing. all I did was add punctuation.
