old man i see you there your hunched back and knuckles bare taking your time to get along wondering of days when you were strong i wonder if.. those who care would of thought to be aware of how life can wear you away working hard amongst the fray a simple strain niggling pain eventually abnormal sane your life depicted by your scars when younger years saw limitless stars if crystal balls revealed your fate would you change all that would relate to who you are and how you've become a crippled man growing glum.......

About this poem:
I have often wondered how old people have developed into the person they are physically..........different postures for different types of work.....and if they would change their past if they knew what lay ahead.........just a thought
Part of our biological nature Nu is to succumb to the call of decay. We are born and from there on, we journey towards the moment of getting old, a most inevitable stage of our old age. The good part of it is to recognize that we are not on this world for long and being youthful and strong is but an eclipse of time. So the saying: Life is too short and therefore don't squander it. Rather make use as best as we can.
