Simply Wonderful..........
Stumbled onto this story
Of a lady named Maud
I was so taken by her
It was my reward
From the gentleness
Of her soul
Or the struggles
She may had
There was never indication
Her life was bad
She painted with colour
She painted with a smile
Her paintings simple
About a life worthwhile
Defining a beauty
That did surround
Her art remains
For all to astound .........
Of a lady named Maud
I was so taken by her
It was my reward
