Earth's Kitchen/ Lightworker lament

Sore throats, viruses, coughs, colds and spluttering
grief, unhappiness, all kinds of suffering
traffic jams, supermarkets and leaks to the guttering
obesity, drug dealers and and everyday ills
motorbikes, prams and too many bills
talk shows, foot ball stars, celebrity mags
Gorden brown's monologues and the price of fags
bullying, piles and men in white vans
beards, graveyards and self lacerating cans
unkindness, toe nails and lack of hilaria
starvation, queues, insomnia and malaria
used tissues, knives, Manchester united
wrinkles, wasps and love unrequited
wheely bins, grey hairs, throwing of litter
people uncomprehending,lonely and bitter...

Given permission to undertake sacred mission
to effect consciousness transformation
it is too heavy for me to lift it
send someone else to shift it

Hurry up please, it's almost time..

Hey thanks Mensaus, give me a hand will you? It's so weighted down with everything everyone is not, I am sure I will drop it on the way up to the 4th dimension.
THANKS.
