Forest Rain

Forest Rain.

I would hope that the reader would expreience something sensuous and spiritual. The normal buzz of insects and birdsong fall quiet during a good refreshing down pour from the heavens, leaving only the unignorable patter of rain on the canopy and the breath of the wind that follows. To be alone in a great forest and experience this, is a privilage. If you listen, you will hear it speak! Maybe you can hear it now?

Blue Moon

Blue Moon

This isn't a poem, but I just wanted to share my experience with you, as it was so special. (I had wondered if the lights that I had seen being launched off the distant hills were perhaps people in hang gliders, but a friend suggested that they could have been Chinese lanterns being launched to celebrate the new year- I guess I will never know, and I kind of like it that way).
