Different Ways

Pictures speak out in many different ways to each one of us everyday. We can recapture our youth from an illustration that the artist's hands have embrassed on a canvas, or a single sheet of paper. The beatiful strides from a painter's brush can rev

Sahara and friends

Sahara and friends

I lived with a group of Bedouin in the Sahara , I was learning french and arabic and all about how to survive the Sahara and about their beliefs. Being in the desert is awe inspiring , silent and empty yet full of a vibrant sort of presence that makes everything , every action, word or thought marked and at the same time irrelevant.

Youre my everything

You're my everything

A friend of mine met a young lady about three years ago while she was on holiday in Cyprus. i, unfortunately never met her but when i first started talking to her on MSN we felt a mutual connection. ever since then we have stayed very close. i wrote this poem for her about a year after we'd first got to know each other, after i'd gone through a particularly tough time in my life and she was the only person there for me, and even at 3000+ miles away from me she always knew how to say the right thing... at that time i was sure i was in love with her, but that time has passed. i now see her as the sister i've never had, and do love her but in a completely different way. it's a feeling so intense and so comfortable that i cannot explain, i feeling i never knew existed. her name is Beth.
