COMFORT ZONES.

What does one want from life
Mixed messages, stir up strife
Focus, with answers sincere
To see the way forward...clear

Knowing ourselves, usually helps
Did it happened before- how it felt
Learn from the past, showing the way
As life repeats, be prepared for that day

Self judgement, or council a trusted friend
We make our own decisions, how it may end
Accept, we can make or break the direction
travelled-ready, a mixed message reaction

Step out our comfort zone, that's called living
Stay safe and secluded, then life's not giving
We gain strength, from horizons stretched
Be brave in maturity, as in youth it was met...

Silent Shadows

silent shadows running thru the fields
as Silence molds the clouds all day

silent moonlight bouncing through the trees
as Silence skips across the lake

silent snow flake falling like a ghost
as Silence swings low thru the gate

and silent stones gather no thoughts
as Silence gives my heart away

Oh Lord,
when my heart
is with you
its shield breaks,
oh how it breaks
in the most tender
silent ways.

Cold to the Bone

Solutions
Cold to the Bone

Sometimes life throws us snowballs and our hands
And
Toes
Freeze
Sometimes we
Must find heat
To
Melt!
Necessity
Is the mother of invention
Truely
My heat failed
About
4-6 weeks ago
62-68 degrees
Human body 98
30 degrees cooler
Brrr ...
-20 outside
It's been quite difficult
To bare
The burden
Daily
Colder
Almost unbearable
Finally my house
Came to the top
Of the list for repairs
They ripped out
My old furnace system
Yesterday!
Only space heaters
Ugh!
Yesterday was tough
At night I woke up frozen
Wanted hot soup
But too cold out there
Got back under the
Covers
with a 3rd blanket
Body stinging w pain
My fingernails
&
Toenails
N
Pain
Like military
Germany
field cold days
Ugh!
I put a thermophore
Moist heating pad
Across my chest
Cranked it up
As high as I could
Stand
It!
Tucked
My hands
Between my
Sweatshirt
And
The
Heating
Pad
Creating
A
Kangaroo
Pouch
Hot
This way
My palms feel heat
&
The top of my hands
Hot
Toasty
Warmth
Aaahhh!
Now
How do I spell relief?
K a n g a r o o
Pouch!
THERMOPHORE
Moist
Heating
Pad
Has
A
Chammy
Sleeve

LAUGHTER

One thing atop the list of essentials in life is unquestionably laughter
'a sense of humor' for many is preferred in a partner they're after
A witty personality has been part of me since I was just a boy
humor was conducive to me breaking away from completely coy

Evoking a smile is something I always accomplish without trying
inducing one to laugh so hysterically they cry is most satisfying
Robin Williams brought more faces joy than stars occupying sky
for some incessant joking is a coping mechanism needed to get by

Williams, Pryor, and Carlin were the epitome of funny and clever
The Big Three are "The Cream of the Crop" and will be forever
"Laughter" I've ascertained over the years has medicinal benefit
whatever fills you with elation for even a precious moment is legit

In my life 'laughter' has indubitably been my most significant need
without it 'existence' would be an even more unbearable one indeed

Touching the foot of the Lord (unfinished)

before the sun will rise
the moonlight keeps me alive
i sleep but my heart is wise

before shooting for the stars
i weed the garden in the backyard
tangle dreamers don't get far

so hang on my dears
a chain of human hanging gears
see the invisible hands at play
the heart

There's a wound that is the door to the soul
which sooner or later its latch I will hold
for I finally know whom the bell tolls

the drunk either stops or dies
the blessed are drag down to be baptize
seeing that only the blind ones have eyes

step aside and let the fire sings
time to feel not to think
Lord, this is the missing link

EVERY SKY IS A NEW SKY

EVERY MORNING IS A NEW MORNING
and EVERYDAY IS A NEW DAY
and EVERY NIGHT IS A NEW NIGHT

BUT STILL
I WISH I COULD LOVE MORE

AND EVERY ROSE IS A NEW ROSE
and EVERY FULL MOON IS A NEW MOON
and EVERY SKY IS A NEW SKY

BUT STILL
I WISH I COULD RISK MORE

AND EVERY HEARTBEAT IS A NEW HEARTBEAT
and EVERY BREATH IS A NEW BREATH
and EVERY SMILE IS A NEW SMILE

BUT STILL
I WISH THAT I COULD BE MORE

About this poem:
Blowing through heaven and earth, and in our hearts and the heart of every living thing, is a gigantic breath—a great Cry—which we call God. Plant life wished to continue its motionless sleep next to stagnant water, but the Cry leaped up within it and violently shook its roots: “Away, let go of the earth, walk!” Had the tree been able to think and judge, it would have cried, “I don’t want to. What are you urging me to do! You are demanding the impossible! But the Cry, without pity, kept shaking its roots and shouting, “Away, let go of the earth, walk!”
Animals appeared--worms--making themselves at home in water and mud. "We're just fine here," they said... But the terrible Cry hammered itself pitilessly into their loins. "Leave the mud, stand up, give birth to your betters!"... And lo! after thousands of eons, man emerged, trembling on his still unsolid legs... He has been fighting, again for thousands of eons, to draw himself, like a sword, out of his animalistic scabbard. He is also fighting--this is his new struggle--to draw himself out of his human scabbard. Man calls in despair, "Where can I go? I have reached the pinnacle, beyond is the abyss." And the Cry answers, "I am beyond. Stand up!"

IMAGINE - PART 4

Embedded image from another site

Imagine the world without the Candle Love
The Word came as a human from above
As a perfect beautiful baby boy
To give us Love to fill that empty void

His name is Immanuel – God with us
Known to one and all of us as Jesus
He commanded us to love one another
As we are all sisters and brothers

He showed nothing but love to everyone
For Christ was God’s perfect son
In His love He gave His life as a sacrifice
He died on the cross to pay the price

The baby who was turned away from the inn
Died for us so that we may be forgiven of our sins
The Candle Love came and left His Spirit in our heart
So that God and his children will never be apart

Drama farmer

See the karma coming for the drama farmer
Think you're untouchable n top G like Obama
No 1ne no thing can harm ya
It's that
Song what you sang
Your vibe coming back like boomerang
Now shizz hitting the fan
And to pot goes all your plan
Dam
I wish I could breathe some words of sympathy
But just like before you'd probably never listen to me
You were warned
But still you scorned
On not me her or him
But only on the self you keep on hating
Agitating n frustrating
Ya see da ting
Is
Leave people business
And mind your own
We're all grown
We feel say we should own a throne
But ya forgot to give that dog a bone
Leave the innocent alone
And charity always begins at home
With you
You
Must remain true to you
Or
See the karma coming for the drama farmer
Think you're untouchable n top G like Obama
No 1ne no thing can harm ya
Pick back up that humility
Respect for self integrity n dignity
I pity
The fool
Fooled by these earthly rules
Let Spirit take you to the schools
Where ya learn to swim this journey like in swimming pools
Oh yea
Bend n break the rules
Hating on yourself or any1ne else just ain't kool
Use your breath & your heart as a tool
To pull
You out of that hole
That's only rottening your soul
But then again
The problem always perception
Some jus Love fe dwell in stress n depression
I say this because I see no means to change
To me it seems fekkin odd n strange
We know better
Don't do better
Come let's make this water wetter
Bak pack pun track n jet setter
Live this life
Breathe this vibe
Tribe ah no tribe
Injoying the ride
That foolish pride
That ego that lied
Behind mask n veil where ya hide
haaahaaaahaaaaaa
Who can dare to be free?
Who can actually be the best that they can be?
Let me take a seat
Have a cup of tea
And wait n see

Always with gratitude

It's just the
Way it manifests
Light coming out from darkness
All that bliss n bless
As I write
This bright frikkin light
Shining beaming screaming
Pulling me in
Ok I'm in
Connected
Thought there projected
This light is perfected
In this moment of thought
Caught
There
Look
Sport
Infinity n nought
Brought
To the forefront
Roll me up another blunt
To ease ma mind n calm ma vibe cos way too many c..t
I mean
The way they think
The way they stink
I am perfect in every way
Oh how I am entertained
By the vanity
Should call it profanity
But me ya see
Focus on me n my journey
Haters will hate but soon they will see
Soon yes pretty soon they will agree
That this is indeed a soul/sole journey
Where we realise we are free
Our vibration vibrates breathes n believes
Light up this world
Cos we can
And choose to
Dance to this magik
Though at times is tragic
Life can be a biiich
Happiness n then switch
Like what da fup
Not him
Not her
Why why why
Life
Baby
Life
Learn it
School
Understand
Embrace
Appreciate
Oh
And oh
Thanking you
With gratitude

THE HOPE FOR YOU

I’m not afraid, I just hope
I breathe, I listen and I see
Anxiety, passion and despair
Happiness, love and desire.
Come. But come to stay
Respect what we can have
And I’ll be your sun and you be my moonlight.
Together you’ll be one to grow.
You are whatever you want to be,
But for me it will smell of flower
With perfume of eternal longing.
You have nothing to fear.
Lost in knots of love strings
We are entitled to mad happiness.
Shut my mouth with yours
I’ll lead you to that place
Follow the road, turn in madness
Skirts the pain and goes into 'Love'...
I don’t need you to be eternal
Even if you swear to me in love
I just want to look and be able to trust
Not afraid of the scars of pain
Wipe away the ghosts of the past
And conquer what I’ve always wanted
Open your once-closed heart
Waiting for you, to be happy!
