The Roman guards joked among
themselves as they cast lots
for the robe of the crucfied
Christ
'It was all so strange, it seemed
as if the ground under my feet was
expanding and contracting in birth
pangs, and that the very heavens
were pressing down upon us-
I could feel and taste the atmosphere
and I felt my soul was being
refined like fire in the contest of
the ages-
I, Lucas Perillias, Roman guard,won
the robe we cast lots for-
I had no stomach for these Christians
and this man was the ring leader and
now sentenced to death by Pilate-
I squeezed this robe in my fingers as
I turned and glanced at this man Jesus
on the cross-
I was half laughing and mocking with the
other guards when out of some strange
curiosity I momentarily locked gaze
with this Jesus-
As with the hundreds we crucified before
I'd grown accustomed to the angry sneers of
our victums and the many who had spat hatred
down on us in their torturous dying-
But here was a look I had never expected-
He seemed to be looking directly at me and
for moments I couldn't understand the
expression-
I looked away quickly for fear of the other
guards thinking I could possibly have an interest
in this criminal-
But that look he was giving me..so strange..so deeply
had he gripped my soul with those penetrating eyes-
I saw no hatred as the others had shown..there was
nothing in his face but the purest compassion-
It was if he had been staring at me all the time in
all that agony and with all that blood-
I loosened the grip with which I clenched his robe and
I could not make myself turn away from the gaze of this
man-
Then the whole sky became dark and the earth shook and
everyone became frightened-
By this time the other guards knew I was somehow smitten
and even transformed by this man and they began mocking
me-
But I couldn't move..I was on my knees feeling all hatred
draining out of my soul..what was happening to me?
It was raining..and all the voices of mockery faded away
and there I was staring into the very face of love..and I
know now..into the face of the almighty himself who loved
me inspite of these Roman Nails~

I´d been searching for You all my life
but couldn´t seem to find You
I crossed oceans and climbed mountains
Drove through dusty deserts and rode across the plains.
I walked barefoot along the beach,
I strolled through sleepy villages
and tramped hot city streets,
but I didn´t seem to find You.

And then, suddenly one day I found You!
standing right beside me
of course I couldn´t see Your face
but I felt Your presence near me
Then I knew for sure that You were there
had been there all the time
standing so close beside me
to guide me through my life
I wept with happiness.

When soul is trying to ooze out of heart
and start to ask
deep meaningfull questions from the dark...
then all meterial security becomes meaningless
until that answer is found in the sudden spark!
dissatisfaction we will feel always
many of us refused to even recognise
....becoz to recognise this means
facing insecurity of the mind!
yet reality dont change!
therefore deeper question of existence remains
this is duality of inner reality.

Beautiful world inside the heart....
where there is never ending tunnel of joy....
keep going deep and deep for eons!
and through there he comes
out to expereince oneness'
with a creator....!
that is what
my existence longs for!

master oshiba was in the garden ,
meditating in front of a beautiful
rose bed.

a young disciple came and asked a question:

-venerable master,what's love ?

-contemplate the roses.
replied master oshima.

after a moment of contemplation,
the youngster said :

-master,love is just a foolish illusion !

go now on your path and come back only in possession of a rose
who never wither ! concluded master oshima.

The greatest need I've come to know
It doesn't always show
Is the need to walk with Him and grow

Breaking bread in your home
With a love of your own
All are needs
We all have known

Greater,none than this I say,
is the need to walk with Him
and grow each day

Hear me out, if foe or friend,
The life and love that does not end
Cost more than one could ever spend

The victory He gave us
Is the life He gave to save us
This friend we have in Jesus

So,lose your life
And then you'll find it
Walk with Him and grow

He will show you things you did not know

switch off the tv

I dont know you,
you don't exist..
you're the reflect of my fears,
I don't like your skin color,
your way of speaking,
you're a alien,
your dreams are not mine..
you're not able to love,
like a civilized..
I hate you because,
you have my appearance..
why are you colored?
why a gay ?
why someone else,
I can't understand..
why are you a poet ?
why a philosopher ?
a thinker ?
not a honest worker..
your difference,
like a dagger,
like a danger..
please mister other..
free me,
from the bonds of myself..

In God I found my faith

In God I found Courage

They begin with a stream
Formed of tears from my heart

The current is pulling me under
As the water recedes
A tsunami of life crashes through me

Swallowed by chaos comfortably numb
This is His mercy to His will I succumb

never surrender to moments of weakness it will be your downfall, continue to be in peace and happiness will rain down upon you, but if you upset the balance of life you will pay the price!
