I am awake and alive !

Come and listen those who will,

The time is ripe to have your fill,

Let fear, anger, sorrow and bitterness flee,

And be filled with love and joy and ease,

And laugh and watch in wonderment the moon and the stars in the filament,

For all to soon our life is quenched,

With regrets that cannot be undone,

So come alive as I have, and open up our hearts as one,

And cherish every second we have on Earth, for we do not know the time of our rebirth,

And remember what we "know" inside is to live and laugh and love as one,

To be at peace, to teach each other and be willing to learn and sacrifice the need to scorn,

To smile with my heart and love with my soul, is my intention , from this moment on.

Glory to all

Why have we come here,
Do we know,
Will we stay here and never let go,
We have a strength a power a special glow,
To arm us against the darkness that cannot show,
I know its getting harder the further we go,
What have we done wrong,
I do not know,
Its up to one person to figure that out,
But i know one thing thats true,
Its not only me it is also you,
The one and only to see it through,
For your heart it belongs to me,
And my heart my friend it resides in you,
We are all part of this world we love,
Thats why we fight for whats right above,
Because we are destined to stand tall,
Glory for me means glory for all,

I ASKED GOD

I asked God for strength that I might achieve;
I was made weak that I might learn to humbly obey.

I asked for health that I might do greater things;
I was given infirmity that I might do better things.

I asked for riches that I might be happy in life;
I was given poverty that I might be wise.

I asked for power so I might have praise of men;
I receive weakness that I might be in need of God.

I asked for things that I might enjoy my life;
I was given life that I might would enjoy things;

I got nothing I asked for ,
But every thing I hoped for.

Almost, dispite myself,
My unspoken prayers were answered.

I am among all men most richly blessed!

ALL DAY

Here again im never snorin
All day above serpents soarin
Speakin truth in never boring
Me in tha devil, always warring
Kick my sin, so hearts restoring
Lion in my chest, constant roarin
Exploring all tha ways, consistent scoring
Doin it to live for long
Light shines beyond armor strong
Staying far away from sinful wrong
With these words I drop this song
Back to tha sky were I belong
Heavens gate await, chosin all along
Must retake fate, and fix my flaw
Renew slate, an attack law
Light lifts weight, lord reveals my draw

THIS IS IT!

You get only one life, this is it!
This is not a trial run for another hit or miss
We all have but one chance to do it right
To make others happy, to give hope to life

So, do not terry, and never pout
This one chance will soon be out
Our lives are a blessing, use your time wisely
And when the end comes, you will be smiling

And if you do get to come back and try again
Everyone will remember you for what you have been
So, live your life as you wish
You get only one life, this is it!

WILDANDREADY

FUNCHILD

here comes the funchild; see how she runs; come to me fun, child of the sun; hold back the night so I may see light; where there were dark clouds; millions of clouds covering all of mankind! funchild; where are the days when we ran wild; funchild; bring back the days when we ran wild!
my bodys weak and my eyes start to close; I breathe my last breath and lay in repose; til my eyes open and wonders I see; a brand new world standing right before me; and there is my funchild just waiting for me! she holds up a mirror and a young face I see! funchild; a whole new world"s waiting; so let us depart, and spend forever in merriment with the lord; close to our heart! funchild; please join me now; for this world is so free! let"s walk together as one; through eternity!

Heavens Next

Arose from the Dungeon with two swords
an I keep the shinin armor of tha lord
life is but a dream on
fightin with the Devil till tha mornin dawn
they believe im so gone
flowing like the SpiritRealm just too strong
right above tha mirror Gladiator Heart so long
all these others, bullets make one want to yawn
turnning off all these street lights one by one
They keep coming back like the lie off a tongue
Flex, yes I might b vexed rose from Hades now only Heavens next

.............sin

I tip toes on hells boundaries
tha devil likes me too much shes says such n such
like smoke this tell them that, heres sum lust to cheat on ur gurl
in here belly dove forsure destined to endure hungry lik a lepord on a boar
from the core soul strecthed out from heart sore
n tha dark aluure fixed sight forget the falshlight
ill do it right with all my might stop n turn out of sight
silence cry demons rise im pushin against tides mind of lies
everywhich way thoughts heavy like ten ton beaches done layed
deck stacked n im all in to play break it down to recreate my own way
wait for tha full moon like a bear hybernate then come out to prey
im too far out there ridin stars throwin pennys at tha devils feet as i curse mars n saturn sarge
like a built charge thunder i miss her no wonder tha rain cloudy days dont go away
yu think its a game libra one of tha main flowin free like black blood within my veins strangs
like hittin tha guitars sound bound to emotional drown down n risin up for tha crown

Consider Him

Consider Him
When the storm is raging high,
When the tempest rends the sky,
When my eyes with tears are dim,
Then, my soul, consider Him.

When my plans are in the dust,
When my dearest hopes are crushed,
When is passed each foolish whim,
Then, my soul, consider Him.

When with dearest friends I part,
When deep sorrow fills my heart,
When pain racks each weary limb,
Then, my soul, consider Him.

When I track my weary way,
When fresh trials come each day,
When my faith and hope are dim,
Then, my soul, consider Him.

Clouds or sunshine, dark or bright,
Evening shades or morning light,
When my cup flows o'er the brim,
Then, my soul, consider Him.

Mysticism

The path that leads past heaven
and far beyond the highest god-realms
runs straight from the spot
where we happen to be standing
It is mysterious and invisible
to minds befogged by concepts
such as good and evil
light and dark
going and arriving
self and other
is and is not

To perceive it requires
the seeing beyond sight
the hearing beyond sound
The truth is grasped
when the mind in its stillness
reaches the no-place beyond thought
Knowledge is discarded
Wisdom remains
God and no-god are found to be identical

No mental concept is involved
only experience
-a unique perception
joy-bestowing
that leads to imperturbable tranquillity
to recognition of the beauty
inherent in every flower
in every grain of dust
cement or dung
and to unqualified liberation
from the human state
The experience is nameless
being luminously perceptible
but utterly beyond description
This is the way of mysticism

Unfortunately
everything pertaining to mysticism
lies beyond definition and description
Transcending logic
it deals with truth
that is attainable only
by direct intuition
The Taoist Lao-tzu says of it:
He who knows does not speak
He who speaks does not know

About this poem:
This is a continuation of my previous piece, "Mystical Experience" from the work of John Blofeld. It deals with the essence of the mystical experience which is "Mysticism". Unfortunately, the word "mysticism" seems to have negative connotations to some who may view it as a mysterious form of taboo mainly because it cannot be perceived by the intellect and logic. It is a direct experience as stated by Blofeld. Almost every religion, however, has a dimension of mysticism. In Christianity, Saint Teresa of Avila, Saint John of the Cross and Meister Eckhart were prominent Christians who had such an experience. In Islam, Sufism is a branch dealing with mysticism. Rumi is a prominent Sufi and this is reflected in his poetry. In Judaism, the Kabala is a tradition of mysticism.
Eastern religions, especially Hinduism, Buddhism and Taoism deal with mysticism as a direct experience or intuition.
The mystical experience can also be obtained directly through a deep sense of unity and harmony and with Nature. Some western poets such as William Blake, William Woodsworth and Emily Dickinson reflect this in some of their poetry.
