Lost in the sea my past echoes me
Stormy on those moonless nights
When even gulls dare not speak
For such tragedy be ever told
What’s covered by a sea so cold
Ancient secrets would come to light
Such would stop a mouse to squeak
Lies a mystery enshrouded of old
The bells you can still hear toll
In the sunken village of Kilmigrol

About this poem:
Blackpool (Lancashire) - Legend has it on stormy nights, a town lost off the coast of Blackpool many years ago, the bells can be heard ringing on stormy nights. Fastinating stuff because this part of England is my family's ancestrial home. :))

The Mother who has made this world,
Has not forsaken her children.
Tis she who brings the sun each day,
And puts it to bed every evening.
The patriarchs who run the show,
Have tried to bury her glory,
But birds that sing and seeds that sprout,
In praise do repeat her story.
Her fertile womb has spawned our race,
In ancient times we adored her.
But politics and religion,
Have convinced us to ignore her.
We need our Mother desperately,
Right now even more than ever.
So let us call on her as we,
In our daily lives endeavor.
When troubles feel too much to bear,
And your life seems not worth living,
Turn to her, let her lift you up,
Look at all the gifts she's giving.

As the sun sets and the darkness arrives, the galaxy's of the stars well collide, new ones are born and old ones well die, telling the story's night after night the little one's in celestial flight, shadows an dust with a spectrum of gas, planets appear and then they well pass, heaven forbids looking through the magic glass, blacker then black become crystal clear, for billions of years through the universe one bye one the new worlds well appear............

You take my time to fill an empty yours.
You come to meet me not to stay alone.
You eat with me and say you aren't hungry,
You sleep with me and say you don't love me.
My passion is tiring for you
My thirst for life is boring for you
What do you want from me?
To take my time to fill an empty yours?
You take my soul,
But it does not fill an empty yours.

Dear heart I know
I broke u in many pieces
Many times and every time
I tried to put u pieces
Together to recover u,
I know is my fault for
U pain dear heart.
Is only my fault,because
Everytime I think
I hope people
Change or still
Exist honest ones.
U wonder how long
Will be until I let u
Unbroken my dear heart
I don't know the answer
Dear heart but I will try
Not broke u in many pieces
So many times.

I placed a poem upon a shelf
And hoped that someone would read it
I got back later to find
That it was still untouched
And all I ever wanted was some gratitude
I placed a cup upon a window ledge
Slowly, the rain came and eventually began to fill it
Alas, not all the way to the brim, and I was left wanting
Frustrated, I cursed the sky that had suddenly dried up
All I ever wanted was a cup full of rainwater
I placed a small handkerchief in the pocket of my son's shirt
On a bright summer morning, before he went to school
I had hoped that it would remain unsullied and pristine in his pocket
But he was suffered a nosebleed and wiped the blood away with it
All I ever wanted was something pure
I wished upon a star one night as a boy
Alone and with no one to bother me, I reveled in the sheer excitement of it
I wished for all of the star like things that a boy would wish for
As I grew older, my wishes became fewer, narrower, more focused
And all I would ever wish for was a wedding day
And so I reached the end of my travels
Weary and alone, I rested upon a mountain top, taking in the enormous view
And with no one to bother me, I thought of you
And the gratitude you would give me while we were still together
And I wept as I thought of all of your kisses and breaths

Soft as a dream,
like mist on a feather.
Come into my dreams
and stay there forever.
While you're not in my arms,
I'll dwell in your soul.
Dispelling your loneliness
making you whole.
I can't touch your lips,
But, I can touch your heart.
Our spirit entwined,
though we're miles apart.
When the silver stars blaze,
when the pale moonlight steams,
when a world stands between us,
come into my dreams...

As time went by, the illusion was clear,
That wolf never changed, its what I always feared,
Manipulation was his ongoing game,
Brought disgust, to this family, a lot of shame.
An then it happened I had a child of my own,
It was the greatest feeling I have ever known
I could teach that child everything I’ve learned,
Of all the good feelings I have always yearned,
Something wasn’t right, I already knew,
This anger inside that just grew and grew,
I was at war in my head, because the past was still here,
Infecting my family that I held dear.
No matter what I did or how far I would go,
This is the part you have to know,
My family became numb to this mind-numbing fact,
That this sly wolf was always ready to attack,
They couldn’t see what, my eyes could see,
As they lived there lives blind, so completely,
When I would stand to stop all the drama,
I was the only one to feel the entire trauma,
It would always turn out I was the one that was wrong,
He would always start to cry that sad, sad, song,
“He never liked me, cant you all see,
He’s always picking, always starting with me.”
So there came a time, came the final straw,
When he stood before me, he tried to break my jaw,
He woke the demon that lived deep in that cage,
That demon that was filled with all that pain and rage,
I had enough of this, this life of lies,
I will avenge this child, this child who cries,
I couldn’t hear my own child, I didn’t care,
her screams and cries were too far to hear,
I made a pact, something I had to do,
I released the demon, in a rage it flew,
Evil thoughts twisting inside my head,
Its me or him that’s gonna be dead,
In all the mayhem of this ongoing illusion,
I heard a tiny voice through all the confusion,
“Please, please, You need to listen to me,
I don’t want you to go, please, please, Daddy”
From hell below what I heard from a distance,
The only truth I heard in this pitiful existence,
A voice of hope in the glimmering light,
Trying to make sense of this, trying to make things right,
That child that cries wasn’t me at all,
It was my child that would save me from this fall,
That voice was the push, the final release,
Which would make my soul finally feel at peace,
I am finally free from so long ago,
To my daughter, you will always be my hero,
Saved me from a life of pain and sadness,
Welcomed me back, from this journey into madness.

two dogs had I
I have to say
called one Hipp Hipp
called one Hooray
Hipp Hipp a husky
fearsome, true
Hooray a spikey
Kerry Blue
and so I built
my cabin small
we hunted game
from Spring to Fall
time moving on
from then to this
both moving on
to canine bliss
Yet most nights
I often pray
for my dear friends
Hipp Hipp.. Hooray!
Hipp Hipp.. Hooray!
Hipp Hipp.. Hooray!

A question mark hangs overhead, on
all we've done, and all we've said,
true to me or true to you, colour brown
or colour blue,
action stations on red alert,
time to flee,,,there's no rebirth
engage, .......mach three.
