the immortal sun

a warrior of life an inventor of death to take the shamed ones final breath, one less to worry one more second to hurry, flights of angels not scene by us but by you, who worries after an enemy lies shattered with wounds deserved, who would take pitty for an evil soul, not me and i know not you, it would become a victory of all that is within, a light comes down, an eventful sound worried we all scream, is it the earths final scene, a loss of torment, what will we next invent, souls guarded for life, streaming from life we will never be in strife evils reign is over what now you say, well its your choice i think maybe its allready made when evil dies i know no soul shall cry, only those that love have tears that feel and drop down from a hurt life, mysery turns to mystery, screaming souls shall not be heard in the night no more, thieves of our hearts now gone, no need for us to mourn, just to let it begin the moment we win, freedom from the last tormentor, freedom from within freedom from without, let it out, evils reign is over now!....

I saw people

I saw people leaving who had justice

And whoever has no justice, people will come to him

I saw people lean towards those who have money

If someone has no money, people will stay away from him

I saw people going to the owner of the gold

Whoever does not have gold, people will leave him

I saw people gathered to see who had the silver

Whoever does not have silver, people will disperse from him

REMEMBER

When the crocuses timidly show themselves,
and the icy grip of Winter gives away
to the gentleness of Spring,

I remember you.

When Spring leaps , dances, then
changes and matures to the strength
of serenity,
and warmth of Summer,

I remember you.

When Summer sleeps and grumbles at dreams
of times past and fears of yet to come.
Then awakes, to be in turn wild, calm
and finally tranquil, with the acceptance
of the changing of the year,

I remember you.

When Autumn leaves flash in wild colours,
in a final defiance,
before fluttering to earth,
and settle into the slumber of Winter,

I remember you.

When Spring comes again
and life’s sweet and sad cycle begins,
with renewed hopes of better days to come,

I will remember you.

The Woods

Through the decorated woods of Augusta stood the Oak
Roots embedded in the rich soils of cultivation and technique
From sun to gale a trail of victories gifting a united nation a new hero
Irons ablaze he strikes the ball
The flow of birdies follow his lead
The longest yard no match for his unyielding drive
Go the distance the course endured
Fifteen majors now returned
Five jackets green with envy of the master who wears them
The pinnacle mounted and the heights soared
His status regained the Tiger roared

About this poem:
Wrote this the night after Tiger came back to win a shock fifth green jacket at the Masters Augusta National.

They thought he would retire but he came back despite his many injuries and problems on and off the field and he triumphed.

“Why did We Meet?” - I asked the God

“Why did we meet?” - I asked the God,
“Why is it that I love again as never did?”
The God responded: “Wait a little more,
Soon I will make you part – no more to meet.

You know, together you are not to be,
Not in this life for sure, just believe me,
But you yourself are well aware of this,
Law cannot be reversed, there’s not a thing for it.

It were you who asked to stay with him for blink,
For mere instance, just to look into his eyes.
No thanks, no gratitude from you I now need,
Though I’m aware you are sending curses up.

I gave you little more than you had asked,
If only for a shorter time, if not for endless spell.
But was is not for what you ever cried?
With him you’re happy, aren’t you?” And I will answer: “Yes!”

“Wasn’t it for what you ever prayed?
Feel happiness with him, be it for little while,
Say all you ever failed to say,
His tenderness, its smell to breathe inside.

You asked for kiss, I gave you nights,
You asked for tenderness, I gave you lust.
I gave you more, in vain you agonize,
It’s always painful falling from the height.”

“Do you remember, God, to you I prayed,
To let a part of him with me remain?”
And He responded in despondent way:
“I have this happiness in store for someone else.

Hold on to what you have, feel no regret for past,
And just remember that he was your happy chance,
That tenderness you keep in mind, with which you loved,
I’ll bring him back in dreams once you have closed the eyes.”

About this poem:
My translation of a Russian poetess for your pleasure, dear poets!
This poem is not about giving up on the past, we will cherish it to the end. It is about going on with our life and finding reasons to be happy, no matter what may be happening to us at the moment, cause life is more than the past, no matter how happy or troublesome, and it is more than the present with its worries and joys. Life itself is a precious thing appreciable in many ways with, sadly, end of the line at some point, so the mere fact of being alive and walking around seeing things should be filling us up with happiness!

A Waltz with Angels.

On a frosty Winter's evening,
In a haunting moonlight glare,
I remembered perished loved ones,
With a solemn silent prayer.

There the flickers of the firelight,
Cast live shadows on the gloom,
Like the ghosts of souls departed,
Came alive within the room.

I could sence parental spirits,
Place their marble hands in mine,
As they coaxed me from the armchair,
Up to waltz with them entwined.

Yet although their steps were silent,
And they spoke with soundless air,
Their warm aura was a blessing,
Of which I was unaware.

For their lives on earth weren't easy,
In those woeful days of yore,
Yet together lived contented,
Through the suffering they bore.

Hope and gratitude they gifted,
All my worries were benign,
As the two kind hearted spectres,
Soon returned to the divine.

With the dying of the embers,
Came our parting bittersweet,
As the fading of the shadows,
Were their spirits in retreat

They bestowed a saintly message,
Scribed in smoke upon the wall,
" Always pray for fallen angels,
And no harm shall you befall."

Now it's lonesome by the fireside,
On the floor.. a teardrop stain,
And I pray my kindred guardians,
Will return to dance again.

"VOLUMES 3"

LIFE IS A BOOK OF VOLUMES THREE, THE PAST THE PRESENT, AND THE YET TO BE, THE PAST IS OVER AND GONE ITS WAY, THE PRESENT WE'RE LIVING IN DAY BY DAY, THE THIRD AND LAST OF THESE VOLUMES THREE, IS LOCKED IN MY HEART, AND YOU HOLD THE KEY!!!

Fiends of fire,friends of desire

Fiends of fiery fire,
Are not what I truly admire,
Friends of Romantic desire,
Brings a thousand words to aspire.

Life is neither long or short,
Measured by your own time you spend,
Some are scarred and others lost,
And only a handful worth of remembrance.

Remember you are remarkable,
As you spent your soul here,
Fiends or friends is all in your hands,
As long as that's what makes you happy.

This side of me

Seeking fun and adventure at every turn
Quick to laugh and the champ of one-liners
Easy-going, one day at a time
I am free to show
This side of me

Enthralled by the sunset on the water
Listening to the sounds of silence
Touched by the beauty that surrounds
I will gladly show
This side of me

Constantly striving to fill the need to know
Searching and thirsting for knowledge
A deep need to understand my world
I can show to you
This side of me

Faith that has found its resting place
Firmly placed in the hands of God
Sustaining me through tempest seas
I hopefully can show
This side of me

Gentle mother rocking her child
Crooning softly to her dear little one
Teaching, training, raising to maturity
Showing a part of
This side of me

Strong-headed, strong-willed woman
Tough as stone, stand my ground
No compromise of my values
Can I show you
This side of me

Buried deep the hidden dreams
The aching heart and arms
That long to hold a matching soul
I do not dare show
This side of me

Pain and sorrow have left their marks
Tears have etched ravines across my heart
Battle scars mar my life
No one can know
This side of me
