he helped

my internal prayer
god love of god
drip fed love
starving the one feeling
alienating a beautiful dream
a dark force in my realm
talking in the garden
whispering sweet nothing
spreading dicease in my mind
upon my garden of eden
a cancer spreading
you bestow darkness
love of god saved me
clearing the disease
showing me the truth
my guiding light
fear of the darkness
and all the evil within
my light in shining armour
shining bright
guided me to you
i just had a little faith

JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW

Just wanted you to know today
that you are not alone
There are angels standing all around
even if you might not have known

The Lord is there for He has said
that He is always near
His presence will soothe away your pain
and wipe away your tears

He wants you to know how precious you are,
the apple of His eye
His peace He trades for all your fears
His joy will replace your cry.

So sit right up and show your smile
Each day is one more chance
That even if it hurts to move
In your heart, for the Lord, you dance!

Cemetery Dreams

Embedded image from another site

Would you show me how you sleep so sweetly
Or could you teach me how not to dream
Mine have been deliberately consuming
Considerately they've been killing me
With reoccurring nightmares
Of creaking cemetery gates
The silent screams among the undead
As they lay me down within my grave
My heart beats restlessly inside of panic
Anticipating this hell I've never met
But it promised me that it missed me
Through all the nights I never slept
Its fingers grip tightly around my throat
The other hand covers my eyes
It hated that I believed in God
And all of His softly unspoken lies
Then I awake within a deeper panic
I still feel the impressions of its hands
Lord how many nights must I be pulled under
Before your heavens will take me back

STARS IN MY SOUL

My soul belongs to the Stars and Heavens
It is captured inside this earthly abode
It struggles like a bird to be free
So that it can fly carefree to its star home

Not meant to be weighed down here
It strives to be happy and carefree
Needing to join in with the stars above
Where it is free to twinkle for eternity

Free to follow its dream without any care
To do what ever it wants without fear
For my soul was born in the Stars above
It yearns to return to twinkle with love

Together We Are

For together we came in your name.
We worship here to honor YOU.
All things are put aside you have
made us complete and new.
You are always there for us if we
just ask You to.
Church can be anywhere we assemble
together in HIS name.
For we praise HIM in our place.
We praise HIM in prayer wherever
we are we stop and let HIM know
HE is loved by us.
For Lord thank you for bringing
us together in this place to
represent you in honor.
Thank you Father

•••L.I.F.E•••

Lifes not set inside a dream but life witout it has no chance it seems, ive seen the voilence weve created for no reason,
Ive seen the end of the forever season, when nightmares come true and weve run out of time theres only one person whos commited the crime, theres only one person to blame the one and only who lit the flame its me and its you it sounds unusual but we are all one underneath this sun, when we all come forth and say weve sinned maybe just then we will know why the sun will not set within, the snow so cold and dark weve ignited the spark, weve lit up a fire inside ur desire to be set free and sit sit back and retire in the folds of of a feather in our kingdom of forever!!...(L.O.V.E)

I Was There

Embedded image from another site

I craned my neck to see this man
The one called King of the Jews
Who does this man think he is
To claim to be son of God

Along with the crowd I jeered
And laughed to see him struggle
Down his face the blood it ran
To stain his clothes so badly

Heavy cross on shoulders rested
Such a burden for him to carry
Many stumbles, nearly falling
Whips to urge him on

Not a sound from his lips escaped
Silently he dragged it onwards
Until finally down he fell
Unable to carry it onwards

Simon of Cyrene into service pressed
The cross onto his shoulders lifted
Up the hill the procession moved
To the place called Golgotha

To the forefront of the crowd I moved
I wanted to see this man Jesus
Bit of luck might get close enough
Call him names and spit on him

Came so very close to me
Could almost reach out and touch him
Just then he turned his face to me
Deeply his eyes looked into mine

So deep he looked, into my soul
My body started to tremble
It was then I knew who He was
The Son of The God Almighty

I wanted to shout for all to hear
This is wrong, He is not just a man
He is The One sent to save us
But I knew that none would listen

There on the hill they nailed Him down
The sound so terribly sickening
Not once did He scream, or even cry out
Not even when they hoisted Him

I turned away unable to watch
As tears streamed down my face
They’re killing Him, the Son of God
This is the darkest day in history

There He hung while they mocked Him
‘Come save yourself,’ they sneered at Him
‘If King of the Jews you be.’
While they cast lots for His clothes

With a voice so loud He called out
‘It is done,’ and His Spirit passed over
Darkness suddenly fell upon the land
Earth shook and rocks splintered

So many that day cowered in fear
And wondered what had befallen
The Son of God today was crucified
I had stood there as a witness

Little Voice

For all alone i stand
here in a crowd of people.
I feel no connection to
anyone here.
For maybe this is not
where i am to be as a
christian you see.
For i feel that is what
God is telling me.
I need to follow his
guidelines and his rules
not my own.
HE is my father
HE is my redeemer
HE saved me
HE forgave me
HE loves me unconditionally.
Let him show you the way.
Let him show you where you
are to go so you belong
there and our doing his will.
If an uneasiness sets in
then maybe you are
walking in sin.
Just take a breathe for
this is a deep thought
for you to think on.

The Preacher's Lie

With pupils fixed on the collection plate,
Sweat streaming down a wretched face,
And lethally distended neck veins,
He appealed to the sympathy of his victims,
“God wants us all to be rich!” he cried.
“Cast your bread upon the waters!” someone implored;
Maybe an accomplice, a friend or a fool.
“Amen!” shrieked a woman, lavishly dressed,
As she stutters like an old engine and crumbles to the floor.

Is it I alone who have seen this act,
The false prophet, the woman, and the fool,
All part of a ridiculous plot?
It's just another tale from the swindler’s script.
He echoes again the fib from his lips:
“God wants us all to be rich!”
Did Jesus wear Armani suits and ties,
And sandals made from crocodiles’ hide?
The crowd applauded the exaggerated stunt,
As he frolics, shivers and growls,
Like someone who’s drunk.
Remember the slogan that says: “In God we trust?”
Preserve this notion:
The poor will always be with us.
