Forgiveness

They did not forgive me
I touched the red soil
and the wind scattered it
all over the sky hat

They did not forgive me
I saw a different sunset
with a black panter jumping
on a bungalo roof
ready to catch its evening prey

They did not forgive me
I saw crowded streets
full of people chattering
traders bargainng.. all chaotic

They did not forgive me being different
They are trying to forgive me now
Before I become part of that red dust...

I wonder why?

I saw myself

Rape me of my indiscretions

pillage from me my self-made lies

twirl me in sweet euthanasia

in a stupor to drink from your eyes

green and blue and tantalizing

freedom gazes so alone

that we wonder when and where or how

falling from the balcony

Jump, so I did and I almost drowned

So lost was I in these new perceptions

Alone my dream and mauve the light

that tickled me through the fern gully gaze.

Shattering your eyes, I finally saw

I saw myself and was amazed.

Life is hard

Life is hard and life is short
first your born and take a breath
the next your children mourn your death
your time keeps ticking on and on
and it dont stop untill your gone
so take your time and make it great
do not dwell on your mistakes
because that takes your life away
day by day

Bittersweet Memory

I kept this yellow ribbon to tie
It around the old oak tree
I wondered if it would make you
Actually think of me

I leant across the trunk today
Knowing that my feelings had flown away
All that was left was the memory

Of our love that which we shared
The momentary kiss to know you cared
The heartfelt absence of you not being there
Made my heart ache within, and I knew
That you weren't being very fair!

I tied that yellow ribbon to the tree
And left it to sway within the wind
And as it danced, feeling free
It pirouetted into a new beginning

It made me feel lighter today
As my burdens and anxieties went away
Dancing freely, like the leaves
That swirled, twirled, helping me to finally feel

Forgivness

The naked night
In claps of thunder,
spills her rain.
The foghorn lips
takes the thorn.
and in the morning sounds the horn.
The leaves, in pools of dew,
slips down upon the pew,
now my heart feels no more rue.

Forgiveness

Please forgive me
for I know not what I do
iniquity in my heart
and sins towards you
I havent been the best
but i'm also not the worst
i'm working on myself
some things I must do first
to make amends
I'm seeing the light
give me some
time to make things right
with a little bit of help
and then you will see
good things can come
from changes in me

fear

i fear theres someone inside of me
constantly telling me things i dont want to hear
you get nothing from nothing he said
fate turns backwards inside of me
never quite sure to say
what is is only a time
youll need the will of a tiger these days

Lady Resent

A thunderstorm of thoughts
Floods her mind until she's caught
Lost in the winds she pretends
Defends herself and all its wealth

Flash back smacked raw direct to the point
violently carried out distressed and in the joint
Fatal reality, distracted by her history
Questioning brutality, Unclear she has to see

Stubborn She resents all that he's done
Showing bitterness to him the battles won
Like a kettle pot loud distinct scream
A disturbed adolescents now disturbed by the dreams

Childish acts show just how she felt
In all the negative is where she dwelt
Too long it has been her souls burden
Never hesitates to put her word in

The fear draws tears well adhered
Blames the years that cleared what kept them near
Now the time has changed and they have aged
She still holds resent form those young days

someone to love

It seems like yesterday that we spoke last
Then it all comes out a blast from the past
I must continue to pursue true love
Celeste you are spirited like a dove
I realize I may have told you too much
However you ask and that is a such
we try to harmonize and be kind
Occasionally when I talk I fall behind
There is an innoncence about me
That is obvious everyone can see
However I respect you and care
talk to me if you dare
I am here for you
Talk whatever you do
It is a pleasure looking at your profile
You are beautiful with that pleasant smile
I ask for your forgiveness and understanding
So we can correspond/is this too demanding?

About this poem:
this is about a true friend
she is sweet and kind
although we may be opposites in many ways
she is definetly one of a kind
I enjoy our conversations together
I think we should go forward together
Blessings and love always
