A little prayer for peace on CS (and on Earth).

The Earth is deeply, truly changing
We in care are as one engaging
So Let us still our fear and raging

Others can be sorely trying
Leave us hurt, in pain and crying
Being misunderstood can leave us sighing

Yet remember we are humankind
Peace and wisdom we all shall find
Let’ s leave anger at another behind

And so tomorrow is another day
Let us live it in a different way
By putting love in all we say

Open letter....if it applies, read carefully!

There are all kinds of people in this world.
I just never realized how many there were. I
am talking about internet"friends" you meet
on line.

We find those who want to scam us and ask us
for money then there are the others who want
physical things without even comming close to
making any kind of commitment to you.

They lay in wait, and then prey on us, once they
think they have you convinced what a good guy
they are.

Just a word to those men out there.......
just dont waste your time. find another
hobby, or just go to the gym or read a book
Just dont try to scam us women cause believe
me, we are not that dumb.

They say what goes around, comes around.......
Let me know when it comes back to you Mr...
Cause i would really like to be there.

We are honestly trying to find a friend and
maybe a last love of our lives. And are truly
serious about what we say and do and want.

the open letter i wrote a little while ago was in no way meant for anyone on this site. all it was , was things i have encountered and observed by communicating with men on the internet. period. If anyone has taken offense to this or felt i was threatening anyone, I was not.and im sorry you got offended by it.

weeping willow

In the time of jane austen
grew love and sharp fashions
letters to lovers
and women gathered
beneath the willow tree

Young women sat that day
pouring out the emotions
heart written on a page
flowered with devotion
until the dawn of spring

The branches that gave shelter
read her words that day
the love had gone to someone else
those words began to say
my darling please forgive me

And maybe that is how
the tree she got that name
when love once blazing
just slipped out of sight
as the willow was weeping each night

Life Goes By

To go though life in such a way
That makes things go by each day
The days go by so quickly now
You ask yourself I can’t see how

As we age we all seem slow
But still we wonder where did it go
For yesterday was oh so clear
Yet tomorrow seems it won’t be here

The answer for all is not real clear
But some believe that the end is near
For the world has changed without the fear
That God has left and is no where near

But this I say to all of thee
God’s word has warned us all to see
He’ll be here when all is done
And still be the only One

For in his word he says to thee
I am the way I am the key
For fools believe there is no Man
Whom gave his son for all at hand

His son hath died so we may live
But still it’s hard for us to give
The praise and love to this One
Who gave his one and only Son

The less - the better

The less you ask the better -
Leave questions to the fall.
The less you give the better -
The less I'll pay for loss.
The less you squander promise -
The less you'll ask in kind.
The less I think of loving -
The less I care for life.
Keep making false impression,
Keep thinking: she is mine.
My life like barren ground
Is nourished on ... lies.

walk on by

So...you quit the game!-
You missed your chance!
You missed your luck,
But no one's here to blame

You missed the chance-
But no regrets!
The curtain's shut-
This story ends

And when next time
We'll meet somewhere,
Just walk on by
Don't even try to stare!

And never miss me
Never think of me!
It's now a history-
It's been,but never be

quantum emotion

love and hate cannot coexist in
the same soul at the same time

---

rebel Sudanese tribes
Mexican cartel bribes
Afghanistani warlords
casualty scoreboards
disappearing in Argentina
Junta censored political arena
thirties in unCivil Spain
civilian Kurds brutally slain
hoofed sweeping Mongol hordes
more acts of unspeakable words
empire master warrior race
atrocities in another place
American Indian genocide
just no safe place to hide
whole world has cornered hate
too many places to enumerate

stage left or stage right
they march to hot spotlight
loudly shouting soliloquy
to continue on this MUST be
hard stance must be taken
all our enemies are forsaken
right here, left to rot
who's to die, matters not
the only matter is to win
being "them" a mortal sin
their extermination justified
that's why they all have died

our love thrown in burial pit
hateful abomination to commit
no place for a brother's love
righteously we kill the dove
religious or atheist in belief
all who live, share the grief
our hearts with hate defiled
differences want to be reviled

shown the way that love returns
with forgiveness mankind learns
from age-old prophets lessons
give our enemy honest blessings
love brother human as our own
peace and charity in kind shown
whatever love we give away
can make tomorrow's peaceful day

---

love and hate cannot coexist in
the same soul at the same time

HE HEARS

Day comes and night goes
As does my torrent of thoughts and feelings
I wish I could stop them, but to no avail
It robs me of peace and reignites more pain
Then, my constant companion speaks and says,
“You can’t escape; he did you in, just give in!”
What to do, who to seek, where are the answers I so desperately seek?
I ask and ask and want to forgive, I call to God and know He hears
He gives me strength where there is none; I get back up and start again
