i am a thunderstorm in a quiet town

a hyeena prancing through a meadow, loud and obnoxious

i am young but my mind is as an adults

blue! like the sky above on a warm, clear, sunny day

i am southern in a north west life style

spaghetti with extra sause, like ravioli with extra cheese

i am my own self

unique like every flower

a rose, bloomed with thorns

a chrystanthemum in a feild of weeds

i am different from you

Where is the love that we use to share
Not long ago it seemed you really cared
Where did it go-I'd like to know

Instead I'm filled with pain and sorrow

Love is a word I just can't explain sometimes it cause happiness and on the other end it can cause pain
U say you love this person and in your heart u know this is true in just a split second you hear these words I just don't want to be with you
Everyone know this line its not you its me why we end up in this situation love is funny oh yes indeed you know we all go back and forth maybe two times or even three we all think it will work this time u have to be kidding just let the past go and wait for someone else to arrive we deserve better and it should remain that way don't ever try to keep a person when you know in your heart he or she don't want to stay were so happy that we have moved on and started dating again here we go this always happen the phone ring and your past is on the other end saying we need to talk and I need to see you of course what do we have to loose just that quick we both started getting confuse he said he made a big mistake he should have thought about it twice I said no I really have to thank you because a good man has made me his wife

Even had me doubt my self-worth

Then you had the nerve to blame me

It intrigues me how people so easily can change their mind
people change misplaced anger into something suddenly kind
What the lady had said wasn’t proper nor was it called for
And no one ever wanted to put a woman in her place more

The lady seems candy type sweet but she can be lemon type tart
And then something or other dictates a dictum her heart
It must be, I imagine, that perhaps they misjudged me in the first place
And suddenly contrition turns them from gabardine into lace

Now I’m talking to you who didn’t have a right to insult me
But you got so angry over something I just couldn’t see
I was in a quandary with a query as to why you had done what you’d done
It was as if I were standing in front of you holding an Uzi machine gun

But now you’ve righted things as far as I’m concerned
Yet I don’t know if you were taught or if you really learned
You treated me as a lowly cockroach scurrying away from the light
Still I will live in hope you realize that what you did simply wasn’t right

I shan't ask the impossible
I certainly do not welcome any grand gesture
Awash in guilt, as I am, I can only refuse any extended hand offered
I have made my bed
It is a most uncomfortable one
Yet, meriting far less, it is a small price to pay
To be lain up in such a way
For I have crossed the final line
Where one may only go off the deep end
Diving from a cliff apparently seeking deserved oblivion
Finding no footing, merely sinking ever deeper into dark abyss
Well past the point of no return
To simply vanish
Forever banished
Without enough hope to even dream of rising
Never again to stand at that level embraced by love
Where you remain
...Goodbye my love

i'm quitting you again
because i want to
because i can
not so much to walk away
but to come back
and make up
from this little row
that we're about to have

i told you once
i'll tell you again
that i'm in love
with you

so this walk i'm gonna take
if not for mine
then for your sake
so you'll again be
able to see me coming
back to your forgiveness

No words are left to say
when they have been spoken
no silence left to break
where obliteration bleeds

No eyes to glimpse a secret
when truth has been unsealed
no slumber thy to wake
where emptiness embrace

He is going to walk away that is for sure
His things are packed and at the door
His memories are in the bedroom still
His watch tells him five minutes to kill
He turns around, open his arms just once more
One last time he hopes his memories will cure

She watched him packed heard his excuses
Knew it was not time for tears or abuses
But she felt the embers dying inside
Knew her heart was torn open wide
She saw him turn around and hoped
One last time she wish she could cope

One last time lasted all night and a day
Together they climb the stars in foreplay
Loved the clouds back to their linings of silver
They shook, they slept and loved every shiver
Each knowing that yet again they have lost
Like they have done so many times in the past

One last time they carried his luggage in
Unpacked and threw the wash back in the bin
They never made any promises just agreed
That once more grief their lives have freed
How long neither knows nor do they really care
This last time might be a week, a day, a month or a year
