I wrote it because I am not Stable !!!

Just incase...
the world should end. I've made a few friends, Some relationships came and went. Some, endured to the very end. Other relations could not mend. No animosity, to any of them. It's just life, how things begin & sometimes end.
Just incase...
the world should end. I don't have alot of worldly possession's, to attend. Just some earthly aquirements, attained along the way. Physical attachments, that Will astray, when my life has withered away.
Just incase...
the world should end. I hope one-day we meet again. This flesh embodied, we do not own. It's just a vehicle, that transports the soul. Until it find's a place, to go.

the world should end. I need to say one more thing. I need to let you know, how much I truly cared. How sometimes my own ignorance, ruined the love, I could have shared. Sometimes my fears, shattered my faith. How I've often struggled, to find the right words to say

PEACE
Its actually crazy
How things slowly become hazy
Its cool
I've been there, been that fool
But now its all done
I'm smiling again and feel whole even with no-one
I'm finding my feet
Bit shaky but I'm stable and concrete
Im not sorry for letting go
It was best before you become my foe
I'm ready to be out there again
Just a pity you choose not be a friend

About this poem:
This poem is about me - letting go and getting peace after a divorce - no anger no hatred no blackmail just contentment and peace within.Although my ex wants absolutely nothing to do us (me and the kids) - we embraced the situation and moving forward - wishing him good luck with his future.

You and I
Alone inside
An empty room
Watching the rose in the vase
On the windowsill die
Watching the moon in the sky
Disappear behind a cloud
Body spirits coincide
Eye to eye touching view
There's only one of you
Who understood my mirror eyes
When you sang it made me cry
For I thought I'd found paradise
But we cannot live for always
I had to leave
Gaining a love for you
Was like walking through the door of one-ness
I was drawn to you like a reflecting image
I loved you
I saw the turmoil
I saw the pain
I felt the evil person inside of you
You were my dreamtime
Those dreams came at a price
No more
I have awoken from this dream
Now I can dream my own dreams

Speak not above a whisper
Though crying out inside
Sacrificing simple needs
It’s safer just to hide
Betrayed by all emotion
These complex traits ingrained
Some inherent, some are learned
And some are unexplained
All those years believing, spent
Firm, without exception
That some are born to suffer
Granted no protection
The sickness is our secrets
Those shadows of disgrace
Damning truths we still believe
The hope our fears erase
Speak well above a whisper
Shed safely all concerns
Life has been a frenzied maze

Stand and earn your freedom

You have yourself to find

About this poem:
I was two years sober when I wrote this poem. I was in so much pain and confusion was a daily event as I stuggled to sort out the reasons I drank. It took many more years to find my voice, find my anger and take back my life. This poem is one of the first awakenings that I even could...take back my power, or that my life was my own. A poem to you. Life saving therapy for me.

Dear WindyW and John ...the past is past let our friendship be as it was once ...
I'm not angry or mad ,
For the shock ,the message that he sent.
If there is forgiveness to seek...then it is mine to make ..to plea forgiveness to John for anythin I've said or written.
It is where I stand and say,
That can never be taken away,
What is bygone should not belong,
To the present or the future,
With memories fill with anger and bitter.
I am to be blamed,
For my ignorant mistake,
So I offer Back to you and yours truly,
Friendship for life at this place,
Acceptance is at your mercy,
Only time will tell...

Jesus help me
small whisps of truth
it started out innocently
but now its a mess
why did this happen
i cannot begin to guess
i lost my pride
to a joker i do not know
and now i weep
but one day it will again grow
did you think it would be funny
to hurt someone so
did you even think
when you put it on the shelf
now i am broken hearted
sitting here alone
while a bad situation
worse it started to grow
now no one will listen
to what i have to say
they think the company
should be made to pay
i find fault in no one
but the one who tampered
with the shampoo
now my hair is thinning
in spots there is none
i try to forgive them
as i drown in sorrow
the man who it the joker
will live out his days

with his cruel ways
but i will hold my head up high
and walk around bald

About this poem:
i bought a bottle of shampoo the other day and used it. Moments after touching my scalp it started to burn and clump together. An oder filled the room and my hair started to fall out. I wept and screamed for help as I held my hair. My family wants me to hire a lawyer and go after the company but i do not want to. It wasn't there fault someone tampered with the product. i got sad when i saw myself in the mirror than got thinking it could have been worse. At least it was my head and not my baby girls.You an me
I know your heart is acheing
The earth trembles with your pain
I've scarred your life with a lovers knife
Despondent for my gain
My intentions were not planned
Nor schemeing in their vision
So when light of day shined our way
Overwhelming was our collision
Fragile as a butterfly
I tendered a gentle hand
But what you saw at the door
Was nothing but demand
I feel you never settled
Your travels all but slow
The chance we take was our mistake
A hindrance for us to grow
No sooner had you arrived
Your reasoning a blur
I'll not be here long its all wrong
I feel i am a spur
I helped you on your journey
A path that wasn't planned
I never held you back my vision black
A stranger in this land
