The blue sky clouded to a sea of popcorn.
Then it turned into a cyber grey and
Suddenly a new and different day was born.
The wind picked up and tossed the leaves,
That travelled around the corners, houses and eaves.
Like swarms of fish in the sea following a current.
The clouds turned dark and waves came down in a torrent.
People fled in anxious frenzied egress at the sudden change.
Minutes only had unfolded as the sky became so deranged.
Flashes lit the sky and thunder soon vibrated on the glass.
The streets stood empty now except for an occasional human mass,
Where people crouched and waited for the deluge to disappear.
Winds and waves blew loose objects thru the fearsome air.
The world is run by boardrooms, mortal people and money funds.
The generations come and go to produce garbage by the tons.
Then Mother Nature shows its powerfull wrath and tips its hand
Perhaps Humans will think clearly and finally Understand.

A new year is filled with excitement
And a new perspective
The previous year has come to a close
Now it is time to be reflective
A new beginning given to us
To think about the past
And not repeat the same mistakes
To compare and to contrast
How will your life be different this year?
What is going to change?
Is there a resolution to make?
Or priorities to rearrange?
Make this year a new beginning
The past year does not remain
Gaze ahead to the future
Moving forward into unknown terrain.
Though the road may seem uncertain
And the path may look unclear
No matter where the journey leads
There is no reason to fear.
Don't lose sight of your hopes this year
Enjoy the new memories each day makes
Moving forward little by little
One step at a time is all it takes
Count each day that you are given
As a blessing from above
Let this year be meaningful and special
A new year that you can be proud of.
A new year is a new beginning
To make a fresh start
Continuing on in the journey of life
By looking within your heart

Oh they say the rhyme poem thing is old
Please educate me more as perhaps it may just even the score.
Who is the one that dictates what we state
Coming simply from mind!
Now back to the wall
How high does it run
Bottom to top!
Is it see through at all or camo'd in hide
For sure it's see through
While you do what you do!
While it's not really a wall
With both sides in mind
Let's call it a fence
As you see through
an
Play what you have too both sides!

Prick my fingers
Cripple my legs
Take me away from my special place
All those poeple that live off their lies
Spending their days in deep fantasize
Close the door but let in the rain
Still there is soo much to explain
Listen
Here me out
Let me remove all doubt
We tread the days slowly with pout
Giving me chance
Giveing me hope
stay with me
Ill hand you the rope
Climb
Come take what is needed
Leave what is not
Risk all we have to regain what we have lost
Breathe in

If you don’t have a dog
your neighbor will not poison it
and if you don’t have a home
you will not have to run from it
when your father’s anger shakes the walls
that don’t exist because you don’t have a home
to grow up in—nowhere to learn
that the husband you won’t have
will not leave you for another woman
will not walk out your door one morning—
because you won’t have a door
for anyone to leave or enter through
and you won’t have a window
for anyone to see you
and if you don’t make plans
they will not need to be changed
like the diapers you won’t change
since you won’t have a child
who will never change your life
whose tiny fingers you will never hold
because of how hard you never wished
and planned her away so many times
and she will not grow up to hate you
for everything you never did
as if you didn’t have a child—and she won’t learn
that if you don’t have a memory
the past will not devour you
when you stop moving for a brief
moment. Long enough to let the sorrow
catch the joy you never feel because you
don’t want to feel the sorrow
its companion. And if you don’t feel—
there will be nothing left to heal.

You are so beautiful, that-tingles the ear. Words that are meaningful, you need to hear. Will give attentive ears, cause you need to share. Alleviatng all your fears, being consistant, "i care". And by me understanding, you darling, those changing-moods. Shows i am loving; won't be silent and brood. We will have differences, with opinions quite wide. That won't affect romance; for you, love abides. You're more than lover; this won't ever end. You are my sister, also you're best friend. Unlike romeo and juliet, love story of old. Won't have any regrets, when our story is told. Make me your husband, please be my wife. Let me be woman: love of your life!

Says shes no angel..
No devil..
Not perfect..
Just a girl..
No diamonds..
No gold..
Just flesh..
Around her pearl..
I take another look..
Surely she is..
An angel on earth..
Where are her wings..
I tried feathers..
I tried til ..
I went insane..
Fly to me angel..
Hop on that plane.

About this poem:
Inspired by the prospect of getting a beautiful woman who underestimates herself to grow wings and fly to me ...or wherever love is waiting for her :)

My heart stood still as the sun went down , i could not believe how hard my heart could hit the ground , devastation was running through my veins , having to live with the ultimate pain , this love of mine that once use to shine, has been darkened like someone going slowly blind , if only the heavens will open up today , i know i would have nothing to say .

About this poem:
I wrote this poem about my late nephew who meant the world to me , it took me know longer than 5 minutes to complete it after a flood of words entered my head , its about having to live with reality and accepting the outcome of something you can not control part from words .
