Right

You prefer to do things one way,
My way is not the same.
Is there always Judge and jury
To hold one of us to blame?

If I prefer the darkness
While You prefer the light
Does one of us have to be wrong?
While the other one is RIGHT?

Some of us speak strongly
As we expound our point of view
Are we always certain of our ground?
Or are we seeking help from you?

"Right" is a subjective word!
Now is that statement true?
It's my opinion at this time
It will just have to do.

Politics and hockey stats
Our morals and our faith
We fight hard that all agree
Is being "wrong" such a disgrace?

Who can we turn to with our doubts?
The man with the loudest voice?
Is my way "wrong" or different?
To ask God to guide my choice?

A little prayer for peace on CS (and on Earth).

The Earth is deeply, truly changing
We in care are as one engaging
So Let us still our fear and raging

Others can be sorely trying
Leave us hurt, in pain and crying
Being misunderstood can leave us sighing

Yet remember we are humankind
Peace and wisdom we all shall find
Let’ s leave anger at another behind

And so tomorrow is another day
Let us live it in a different way
By putting love in all we say

2020

it"s 2020. we"ve got so many important things to do this year.

forget the walking and the talking and let"s start running to the beat of the drum.

first go out and fight for what you love and what is right, and do not bend to the chaos all around

if we are going to survive, we must dig our heels in to thrive and take a hard stand to anyone who burns our flag.

in 2019 we passed the buck, now crime has run amuck

and we must stop it in its tracks.now is the time america. fall back and you will never get another chance. FORGE AHEAD NOW.

Schizophrenia. ( Owed To Tom.)

Trapped in your mind,
A wall of loneliness,You hid behind.
Your heart was big,
Your world was unkind.
Outside your head,
You could not reach,
Even with your power of speach,
you tried your best to us to teach,
How we could insight,
Your inner light....

Inside Your world of loneliness....

You had your good days, you had your bad,
You felt diabolic, your world was sad.
You brought me in, I felt so MAD,
Your beauty way beyond compare,
Your mentality,
Trapped,
Behind your stare,
I told you I would always be there,
But you locked your-self in, way beyond compare.

Inside your world of loneliness....

I saw your mind, when sleeping eye's stared,
You left your body,
Back at you,,,, You dared.
The devil, to him, you'd let a shout.
Come out you Bastard !!.
Come out, Come out.
A fight you flared,
When deamons dared....

Inside your world of loneliness....

And all the time I held you tight,
I cradled you from night, to light.
But still your deamon, you had to fight.
In my arms of comfort,
No delight.
Sadness being your guiding light,
You lost,
Inside my arms I'd hold you tight.

Around your world of loneliness....

You had your batchelors and your Masters,
A Teacher's career,
Your future disasterous,
A party,
Celebrating,
Your coming diploma.
The L,S,D, induced your coma.
From college in Germany,
Back to Mayo.
Broken hearted, your Parents,
Thier son, they don't know.
Into the mental home you'd to go,

To meet your world of loniness....

A knife in your chest, you pushed in so far,
You said to the Devil,
I'm driving, My Car.
I'll bring you to heaven,
Way up past the stars.
You'll meet your creator,
He'll crush your demenor,
I'll get you, You Bastard,
I'll kill schizophreina,
You left us that day,
with the blood on you chest....

Now you're in a world Tom,

Of your Happiness.....

The Girl I Used To Be

Among the cluttered archives of my pondering
Lie the memories of a girl who I used to be,
My eyes alight,
Radiant as the sun,
But my figure grows dim,
With every breath that's drawn.

The inquiring mind's question lie eternally quiet
My heart's inner strength quietly accrued,
The insistent cruelty claims my will as it's prize,
embedding it's hatred into my deepest confines,
Riddled with conflict, despair, and my recent host.

My identity peals
my former self is now like a ghost.
As I cling to the memories
of what once innocence I had
a searing pain streams through me
as I mourn.

This girl is pure as rain
It is now all gone
I resolved, self-assurance
Will, and life all won.

Won by a cruelty too often given on the timid
Teased and criticized, abused by critique
Judgment weighs on my slight frame
The weight of the world... I am to blame
She loves on in spite of her imminent demise
Rendered by those I loved so deeply.
With once my bright eyes

The eyes reflect on this tattered soul
The eyes that grow dim as she will never be whole
Damaged and beaten by life itself
The irony is uncanny
The toll it has taken is so real
This shell keeps going
A outsider she is now
The opposite of a corpse
She is now the living dead
Why her heart continues beating
or blood flows through her veins
Why she draws in breath
Or why she even has a name...
Is a questioning plea
for someone to reclaim.
The girl I used to be

DREAMING

Would you share my tent on a moonlit night
with the stars above shining so bright;

welcome the morning with a warm embrace
as the rising sun slowly lights your face;

listen to the music of a nearby stream
just we two and nature, what a wonderful dream.

Gothic Hill

Who are these small determined figures
with turbaned heads
coming
to doric temples
in fifteenth-century galleons
with
medieval castles
in the background?

They speak
& gesture in the halflight,
bring
cattle, parcels
to the classic shore
below the gothic hill.
Sunlight moonlight twilight starlight
gleams across
a stagey sea.
Clouds toss. Sails fill.
Windlessly,
what banners wave?
Whose landscape
is this mind?
Whose bluish breasts became
these castled hills?
Whose darkness is
this winter afternoon?
Whose darkness is
this darkening gallery?
Turn softly mind, wind,
Claude Lorrain,
Turner’s making
light of Venice,
showing
his true
colors.

Happy New Year

Where has the year gone
2011 will be over soon
oh lets remember it with a tune
Ill sit in my old blue chair
just thinking about
my life how it changed
in this passed year
as I watch the deer out
my frosty window
down my face runs
a lonly tear
as I partly smile
about the new coming year
oh lets remeber it with a tune
as I turn my radio on
and tap my foot
and twist my hair
thats all curly and blonde
yes Iam just thinking of
the passed year
how happy my family is
and God was so good
to us all
oh but soon it will be
spring and ,summer , and
again fall
other year will end again
as I say with a grin
Happy New Year to you
hurry,,,its almost through

Eight lines to Bacchus

The grape spurts forth in gross and sweet profusion,
The sticky juice under the crushers' feet,
When brewed a while, it leads to sweet delusion,
Thus helps shy lovers - when they first do meet,
Others find it brings them much confusion,
The morning after, when it has them beat;-
And Bacchus, from on high - I hear his laughter,
Don't let this god of wine now be your master.

A Prayer for America

I said prayer for you today
I hope you didn't mind
I asked God to comfort you
And put you tears behind

I prayed for peace and mercy too
To help you through these days
And for his loving guidance.
As he leads you on your way

You need not walk this path alone
Just turn around you'll see
You have families and friends
To help make your pain ease

I prayed for miracles
And hope and happiness
And also asked to bless you...
When you are so stressed

I said prayer for you today
I hope you didn't mind
I just wanted to make sure
As I knelt down to pray

Please god, bless us America
Watch over and keep us strong
