CREATION

Darwinian theory is not life's conclusion
It's a massive daunting delusion!
Scientists and scholars can't prove evolution,
No laboratories or any institution
Can do an experiment or attestation
On life's origin as evolution
Fish to human, what speculation!
Monkeys remain monkeys no mutation
Just embrace and admire God's creations.

Great life on earth, a wonder or mystery
The amazing nature, the vast blue sea
Splendid varied species to discover and see
Enjoy a starry night or the sunset's beauty
A restless mind searching truth to be free,
We'd know the best creation: you and me!

NO TIME TO DIE

A dead man tells no tale
Even if you grab him by his tail
or hammer him with a nail
He is nothing without his soul

Sometime you are in a situation that you can't cope
you must try hard not to loose hope
and dont end your life in a rope
otherwise you will be a big flop

There no time to die today
just bow down and pray
and GOD will see your cry
soon he will drop something on your tray
and you will find another way

have a SEAT at THE righT HAnd oF My LORD

A PROCLAIMED PROMISE AS PROSCRIBED

Surely there must be music…………………………..
Hymnals heard to echo from walls leafed by genuine gold
As they cometh into His arms for to enfold
“Behold,” says he to a heart whose ease is now portended as being peaceful at last
“My children this is your new hearth, your sanctuary, your reward for a righteous past”
Hush now
The sacrosanct souls heard through their ears your names being sung by a choir of heroes in harmony heard
……..with God’s blessing and baptizing every beautiful word
And there set before you all is the promised table at which you all now sit in a most prominent and well deserved place
And then the latest arrival, this sanctified soul must soulfully lead us in saying “Grace”
There to dine on delights deemed by the heart of Jesus for His beloved ones
All his devoutly devoted daughters and all his sacred sons

So sit do they now at the right hand of reverence
For this lovely woman’s deliverance
Welcomed warmly by those she knew and those she never knew before
Urged with genuine congeniality through the Lord’s front door
“this is your new home with loved ones and the ones so soon to love”

your covenant is now considered complete, having duly been signed by you and the one high above
For they have arrived in a place privy only to the pious who have all paid their due
A place where aged wrinkles bring flesh soft as silk anew
A place sanctified by songs of gospel and glory combined
Heavenly sounds created by the hands and hearts of masters defined
……………………there
She is finally there
And surely majestic music is heralded and heard there…………………..
There simply must be music

African Spring

On spring days I long to go
To my place where idle winds blow.
To sit beneath the weeping willow
And watch puffy white clouds billow.

This is my place in the African sun
Where Mother nature and God are one.
Place where the sun rises in the east,
And all of nature for sore eyes is a feast.

Jasmine and mimosa perfume the night air
As the hazy heat of the day disappears.
The crickets chirp their mating song
And frogs croak deep all night long.

On a new day sun peeps over the horizon
After the morning star has been and gone.
The quiet stillness of the air shatters
And is broken by birds shrill chatter.

On spring days I long to go
To my place where idle winds blow ...

APPRECIATE THE STRUGGLE

Appreciate the struggle, embrace the death
Thank the discourtesy of last breath
Blossoms and flowers killed for the wreath
Light can still quiver beneath.

Be grateful for the pandemic?
The flow of life, slow and anemic
Think of the highway to heaven's scenic
Just realistic, not a jaded cynic.

Haunting Eyes

All I have ever seen displayed
Are your haunting eyes across my page,
But at night when perchance I dream
I behold your face in realms unseen.

You come to me in my midnight hour,
When the moon rules in absolute power.
We stroll along the banks of a river
And my quickened heart is all a quiver.

Then alas morning comes upon us
And gone are the steamy nights of lust.
And all I see displayed
Are your haunting eyes across my page.

I know I can never be with you
For I am one and you are two.
I accept that we will never be,
Perhaps my path is meant to be free.

And I suppose that all I'll ever see displayed
Are your haunting eyes across my page.
Perhaps it's not meant to be
And your face will remain hidden and unseen.

REALITY CAN STRIKE ONE FALLING

In poems, be true to your writing

An artist can be truthfully painting

One can pretend, accidentally lying

Invent phrases and rhymes, uplifting

Love lines to keep a spirit hoping,

Bright thoughts to make a soul soaring

But reality can strike one falling.

Adoration

Through the mirrored glass,
Lies the impossible
It is not so transparent?
Even to the trained eyes
Can you notice a snake in the grass?
Unravel the ultimate lie
Isn't it so apparent......
Untouched version of the truth
We try to find in desperation
Is it to much to ask
Clearly seek and you shall find
Useless words... can be so unkind
But in the end ... it to shall pass

WHISPERS

ARE YOU STILL THERE !!!
COME CLOSER...,
OPEN YOUR CHEST...,
AND LET ME IN...
I AM COLD OUT THERE..,
AND I LONG FOR REST.....

Is it me, or is it you?

Is it me, or is it you?
Gave my day a sunny hue;
With your smile (and your wink too),
As we sat waiting for some stew.

Is it me, or is it you?
By the window, caught a view.
That is when I thought I knew
What real contentment was to you.

Is it me, or is it you?
Tell me quickly what to do.
Can it be that it’s you, who
Has my heart, and rent’s past due?

Is it me, or is it you?
I think it’s me….:-)
