What we need are more controls on gun controlling politicians who really only want to promote their own agendas. When our guns in the USA go, so goes peace in the world. Freedom will be defunct globally then.
Guns are good in law abiding citizens hands. Everyone should have as many guns as they choose and be able to holster them outwardly w/o anyone being alarmed.
Guns make peace!

I have to admit, I didn`t check out the US law about gun possessing and Im actually frustrated with the existing law in my country ,You can buy a gun ( if all checks come out positive) and you have to have a certificate that you had training's with firearm , but you can`t carry it with you ,unless you provide solid evidence that you are in some line of duty which requires bearing arms
One more thing I do not agree with is taxes
I may come up as a sick puppy but why on earth do I have to pay tax on having a gun,yearly ,if I don`t have the right to carry it, I mean I paid all taxes when I bought it ...but thats the price here if you want to have a legal, registered weapon in your home for self protection...

so i get robbed protect my personal stuff in my property and go to jail why killed 1 of the robber..

Taxes! I'd like someone to explain why I need to pay a tax to Italy every so often to enable my Italiano Passaporto to be used elsewhere in the EU.

The problem is, a gun is a tool that has the power to snuff out a life with just a slight movement of a finger. When that kind of power falls into the hands of a mentally deranged person a disaster occurs. It's hard enough to keep this tool out of the hands of an insane person and it's made almost impossible when this person can just walk into Walmart and buy a gun. Worse yet, is this same lunatic can buy an ammo clip that holds 30 bullets and 1000's of bullets online with no restriction what-so-ever. Do you seriously believe that this is right? Can you name one legitimate reason for the average citizen to have a gun that holds 30 bullets? Can you name one legitimate reason for the average citizen to have a gun that has a folding stock or a muzzle flash suppressor?Stricter gun laws are coming, you better get used to it.

That's the first threat I've read in the CS forums.
I have a muzzle break/suppressor on my model 1911 .45 used for bowling pin matches. I'm thinking of putting one on my 7.62 Tokarev for same reason and because it's reall noisy to shoot indoors.

Yes ,among other things like ,wounding ,scaring ( loud noise), competition Guns are made to kill , attack or defense ...
Soldiers and police have to obey commands from their superiors,what ever they may be and quite often they are " Protect the aristocracy as they are paying us and screw the common folks"

Automatic weapons aren't allowed now without a special permit from the federal government. Convicted ceiminals aren't allowed to possess a firearm either, it would mean an immediate trip to prison if they're caught with one. So far there's no check of mental state to purchase a firearm, that can change on a moments notice anyway. None of these would stop criminals that get their weapons through theft, or the black market, anyway.
