Israel and Cyprus 
I guess for two weeks I would go scuba diving in Mexico non stop. maybe Cozumel. But really even though it is not on the list I would do the same but in Hawaii. If I had 2 Months I would definitely have some very different places that I would go. I don't like to just go for a short time.

I just returned from my month long holiday in Almaty Kazakhstan. Didn't see it on your list and not surprised as they are a long way from anyplace in Europe and don't get a lot of tourists.
A great holiday and would go back in a blink of an eye. The dollar goes a long way there and the food is interesting and lots of different things to choose from. I did try eating horse meat (a favorite there) and found it to be fairly good. People on the most part are friendly enough. Safety was never a concern for me and didn't have any reason to be fearful.
Anyone else go to an out of the way place?

I used to live in Southend and the surrounding areas many moons ago, and you forgot to mention the many wonders of "Canvey Island", rizlared

I would like to do another driving trip to Canada, the last time I was there, I only had 2 weeks, I remember thinking that I wanted to keep going north... This is Lake Louise, I stayed around here and would like go back, maybe some day... 
I can't afford to, but I'd love to go to North Korea. There'd be nowhere else quite like it, I am sure.

Not any muslimcountry, I wouldn't be safe there being a satanworshipper.
Japan and Scandinavia are too expensive.
French are snobs, and I don't like the mentality of many people in the USA.
Russia is too dangerous, also Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Too many murders overthere.
Spain and Portugal never were favourit on my list to visit.
China is to filthy with the airpollution.
And Africa never attracted me at all, the whole continent doesn't look interesting to me. All the animals I've seen in zoos and on television allready.
Would love to see more of the UK and Ireland, also back to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Nepal.
Also Myamar and South Korea. Tibet also could be very interesting.
By the way: I think Russia has a fantastic nature and landscape, but with the criminal rates and mr Putin leading the country, I won't feel safe there.
