If you poo in a toilet. And then flush Who takes care of what happened Who decides what is or isn't worthy We all are equals And should be. Or do it yourself Only givers will give Takers will leave nothing for anyone else

I don't find anything remotely about people being hurt or killed in a horror accident and then not being compensated
There have been many cases throughout the years of this happening, from Chernobyl to Bhopal. And the owners multinationals with the aid of the governments did nothing for the poor people involved.
What right have YOU or anyone else to suggest that anyone with low skills and lower paid workers who get injured due to a company's neglect or irresponsibility, should deserve less compensation or injury payments than skilled workers or management & mahogany desk flyers (Pen pushers in an office) .
I’d set a general amount for ruining your life and then add for loss of earnings. In my logic it would cost more to ruin a yuppies career than it would a nearly retired builder although the difference wouldn’t be astronomical. Both of their free time is valued equally.

If everyone was free to choose their education, no matter what it costs, and everyone was free to choose his job, then we would only have bankdirectors, kings etc. No one to do the low payd jobs.
Not everyone get fair chances in life
When I was 13 I got a serious illness, it almost killed me, (the doctor said that if the ambulance wasn't there within 10 minutes, i wouldn't make it) so I couldn't go to school. After two months I recovered and want to go back, and it was a good an high education. But the teachers said I was to far behind and I was sent to a much lower education level. I was punished for something I couldn't help, and I lost my faith in the system.
So, I didn't go to university, just because of my illness when I was 13. Should I be punished for that illness for the rest of my life? Punished by bosses, the government and even insurancecompanies?
Well, I don't complain about my current life, I'm a self made man and I love what I'm doing, allthough it doesn't pay the millions, on the other side, Who needs so much money he can't spend it during the rest of his life?

Since I grew up in a bad black neighborhood...
I dropped out of school when I was 13; but I read a lot.
I started living on the streets when I was 16; but I always went to libraries.
When I started hitch hiking around the country at 16, I always found libraries in every town I visited.
After having no formal education between 13 and 39, except for 5 months in juvenile hall, I went to college when I was 39, and earned two degrees.
Cry about your lack of schooling, if you want...
You're responsible for your own education; and you have only yourself to blame, for you're ignorance.

Although I realise that “someone’s life” and “free time” are relatively unimportant concepts in the Far East. It’s difficult to put a dollar value on a human life but in the hive that’s about $10, and if the human life itself is worth $10 the loss of earnings make all the difference.
Go to far the western way however and you end up with entitled little snowflakes who cannot tell why the doctors time is worth more than that of the toilet cleaner. Huge cash handouts in the civil courts to people with more money than sense because you feel entitled to a million dollars by being alive. These people are the reason we can’t have nice things anymore.
And its the balance. A human life has value but not to the point where it devalues doing anything with your life.

Of course I read a lot too, but schools cost more money, than I can afford, and then you also need the time to study, with two jobs and some other things I'm busy with, I hardly can find time to study.
But as I said, it's okay, how life is these days, I love my job.
But it's not to insurance companies, governments or anyone at all to blame me for what happened when I was 13. Not almost 40 years later, but not in the past too. I am who I am and I do what I do, that's my choice, they just have to accept that.

We all have our priorities...
I can hardly find time, to do anything except study.
I think those with low education probably enjoy life more. Lower education people probably believe anything out of galrads mouth. The absolute truth, end to all neutral righteous being.

Aren't we learning everyday?
I am part time chesstrainer, parttime working in a museum, but that last one is not interesting here. As chesstrainer I see mistakes I made in the past, now everytime I see something is not going to well, I change that. My lessons become more pleasant, the children like it more and more, so even unless I took two courses to become chesstrainer, I still am learning.
Playing chess is a way of life, and I like that way of life. Competition in 2 clubs, tournaments regulalrly, teaching, playing on the internet, and my skills are growing on the board too.
I only wish there were outdoor chesstables in my area where you can go and play against other people.
If you're into chess, watch the movie Searching for Bobby Fisher, it's a great movie.

I like checker boards! and chess.
64 square board games are so popular all around our globe, in isolated places, I believe they predate the great flood.
Konane is a fun game to play on your board, and so is quinto.
The latest is in brazil where a damn burst that was holding mine waste....so far there are 9 dead and 300 missing....the site is covered in feet of mud and yes they should be damn well compensated....do you really think that the value of a human life whether living or dead is dependent on the wage they make?.....
The owners don't get money from life insurances.... The remaining family does.
Technically the loss of income from that force is compensated for the expected remainder of life. plus additional per child that had to be supported. And if it is a good one, any debt contract they had should be fullfilled and the burial and repatriation taken care off.
I don't see why a diploma or degree has a factor in it.
If the company didn't do good practices than the insurance can try to recoup the money from the responsible ones from the company. For that it has to go to court
