Wise decision. That said, the age difference only becomes a game-changer at the opposite ends of the age scale - in your early twenties, or in your late fifties. Even then, I think the deciding factor is compatibility. It's probably the way that experience teaches one to understand without concern. The older man takes as long if not longer to fall in love than a woman and even the dirty old man is earnest in his filth - I mean at least he's not worrying about what she thinks of him. The boy will be much too conscious of how he is seen by others which is a violation of her territory. Getting drunk won't help because they've yet to invent a drink that causes you to lose self-consciousness without losing self-control. The story of life is about losing self-consciousness whilst gaining self-control and this is why she prefers men at least a bit older. Love is life for woman and they prefer men to have seen more of it.
