You know TT... one of the main problems a bout your guys and their kind of suggestion is that you will give the right to health insurence companies denying coverage of those with pre conditions and removing health car ebenefits when americans loosing their jobs... and please do not deny this because I know what I am talking a bout.
Insurence companies are out raged because they can not deny no more and their explanation is: the thing costs money and then they make less profet and that is all which is enough for the Republican party being on the insurence companies side and because repube heads care a bout their shares in health industry keeps gaining value! Health of human beings is deifnately not Profet alone TT and these companies can easliy making money but some how less because precondition does not give them a right to send americans to a certain Death !
Your program is the same kind of program which have always been there TT... you will not obligate businesses to give a propper health care program to their employers and you want it being out of free will and that did not work and killed and still kills around 18,000 human biengs in your country a year! More than the number of killed americans in both wars and september elleven combined for gud sake each and every year!

If a carier breaches the contract by not paying a claim. The insured has every right to sue them.
What Obamacare did.....was take court out of the mix. It forces the carrier pay all claims....ligit and illigit. So what the carrier are doing is raising rates...to cover the illigit claims. In our countries with million of illegals and many with dishonest motive....illegal claims are a major problem.
They just did some medicare illegal groups. In Miami allone they arrested 76 and is near a $100m that they had taken from Medicare.

Instead of buying that big full premiun for employee like I showed in the McDonald example.....the small business only buys a career waiver. The employee only pay a base coverage. No big government sticking into the health decision. And health insurance companies can still make a good return. What is wrong with any of that?
