Toothpaste will dull the lenses of eyeglasses. I speak from experience. However... it does a fantastic job of polishing aluminum parts. That's mill finish aluminum and not anodized.
We were late heading to Miami and the Sushi restaurant we planned on going to was already closed for lunch. It would be 2 hours wait for them to open for dinner so we got lucky and found a new place along the way home. Asian buffet all you can eat, less expensive than the other place.

I had the clutch replaced and replaced one drive strut that was making the car pull to one side. The guess was correct in that a shield around the catalytic converter wasn't fully tightened.
A week using Android Pie and reading some of the changes is like 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. There are several nag screens wanting me to update to take advantage of the newest features. The email app update gets HORRIBLE reviews. I'm not inclined to update. Every time I open the photo gallery app, I'm asked to update. No... I'm happy with the current version and haven't found a way to turn off the nag request.
That Hendrix video came from the 1968 Pop Festival at the Gulfstream Park. Sometimes called the Miami Pop Festival. The 2 day musical event happened Saturday May 18 & Sunday May 19, not to be confused with a different festival (of the same name) in December. My band was playing at a party Saturday so we were unable to attend both dates. That video came from his performance Saturday. It rained most of the day Sunday and we were only able to see a few groups perform. By late afternoon, it was raining so hard the concert was cancelled. Hendrix didn't perform that night and sadly, I lost the chance to see him perform live.

Seriously, if you distrust the person from the start, it makes no sense to continue. I must have seen a few hundred photos of women sitting at a table with an expensive meal. Chances are 'Mister Wrong' paid for the meal and took the photo thinking the date went really well. It didn't, but that photo is on her profile now. Actually, some women (and men) are professional daters just to get free meals, movies and dates with people they really had no interest in wanting to be with.
If you remember my blog about 'ghosting' that's a perfect example. Catch a date or two and disappear with no explanation.
I have a high-school friend who smokes up until he puts his head on a pillow for the night. He's got a lung tumor his doctor says is inoperable and his attitude is "I enjoy smoking, why should I stop?"
I doubt I'll be loaning the mower out again. The repair shop did do a nice job. It starts on the first pull like it was new.
I forgot to wear gloves when pulling those purple & green plants. Those things grow everywhere. I used a plastic grocery bag but they are like poison ivy to the skin. Cortisone to the rescue!
