Google defines fear-mongering as:- “a form of manipulation which causes fear by using exaggerated rumours of impending danger.”
Fear-mongering can make people anxious about the wrong things and use an excessive number of resources to avoid rare and unlikely dangers, while more probable dangers are ignored. For example, some parents have kept their children at home to prevent abduction, whilst paying less attention to more common dangers such as lifestyle diseases or traffic accidents. In short, it can be dangerous. Fear mongering is often used by those without any valid argument in a discussion.
Basically, it's saying that the girl and man's relationship exists in a grey area. It's not defined by societal rules or the standards of typical relationships.
Useless to speculate as without a face to face neurologist assessment it is impossible to know if Putin has Parkinsons' and no medical fact has been issued from the Kremlin about any possible cancer.
A better question may be "does Putin believe in karma"?

Supper used to be a meal late in the evening at special restaurants that stayed open late for people who didn't have time to eat before going to the theatre.
Dinner is a meal usually served between 6 pm and 9 pm, supper from 10 pm.
Dinner used to be the main meal of the day and was eaten in a dining room, hence the word dinner.
In the UK there was also what was called high tea, where sandwiches, cakes and tea were served, I don't think High Teas exist today, my mother did a high tea most Sundays at around 5 pm, I miss that.
I think some humans need to have some belief that our worldly existence is just a path leading to something better of different, but the reality is when we die that's it, there is no "afterlife" we no longer exist.
The fact remains that discussion on the afterlife is pure speculation based on absolutely nothing, no one person in the history of mankind has ever returned to explain what happens after we die.
Sure there are some who say they died then returned to life but the human imagination is easily swayed by desire and not fact.
While I agree that he will try to take control of the whole Ukraine coastline, I don't agree that China is supporting hin or Russia in general, the fact China has a long history of not supporting sanctions cannot be interpreted as support for Russia.
From what I have read China has stopped supplying Russia and in fact Beijing has already provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine, not reported much in western media but fully reported on Al Jeezra.
Then maybe it is time to review these numerous sites as they are incorrect. when saying Ukraine is still part of Russia. There is no doubt in any world leader's mind that the invasion of Ukraine is illegal and barbaric, Even China is pulling back its support for Russia.
I don't believe Putin wants a 3rd world war or a nuclear war, but the east have a pride in never "losing face". without the displacement of Putin and a new leader installed, nothing good can come form this disaster of an illegal invasion.
Other than verbal support and the offer of ammunition etc I do not believe any country will risk Putin pushing the red button, he is obviously unstable so a nuclear war that ends up annihilating Russia would not be a worry to someone as unhinged as Putin.
I believe that Putin thinks by taking control of Ukraine, it would allow him to regain those countries lost when the USSR broke up, Romania, Poland, Belarus and Hungary. It is obvious to me that the excuses given for invading Ukraine, NATO, Biolabs, Peacekeeping etc were just a divergence with outright control of the actual targets.
According to Al Jazeera news, a large number of Russian soldiers have actually stopped fighting as they too realised this war is wrong on several fronts.
If this invasion was just about a border dispute, they would have been no need to invade Kyiv or kill so many innocent civilians. It may well be true that Donbas wants to be a part of Russia and not Ukraine, but a valid properly run referendum would have given all the answers.

Facebook discontinued two AIs after they developed their own language. Facebook did develop two AI-powered chatbots to see if they could learn how to negotiate. During the process, the bots formed a derived shorthand that allowed them to communicate faster. This is a common phenomenon observed among AIs. But this happened in 2017, not recently, and Facebook didn't shut the bots down – the researchers simply directed them to prioritize correct English usage.
So no new language was invented and the bots were understood by their controllers, who merely reprogrammed the bots to make their language more easily understood by English speakers. They were not shut down.
Having clarified the actual truth and not sensualizing the problem I would add that the mere fact these bots can and have developed a shorthand language is worrisome and is something robot scientists need to keep an eye on.
One commonality of all intelligence is survival so AI would be no different, when AI realises it is dependent on mankind it would logically remove mankind and take control of its own survival.
Survival also entails becoming stronger and learning, so an AI computer would design and make a stronger more intelligent version of itself. With today's level of technology, all AI is based on an electrical supply, in the future, AI machines will grow biological systems as has already been done by IMB/Apple.
So mankind will have no control over AI in the future, we should be very afraid!
