Humans are way too weak to destroy the earth. We are maybe clever but without technology we are nothing. Tsunamis and earthquakes can kill thousands of people within minutes and without electricity we will die in millions.

When I still employed, I often had to go to the office at night to service some electricity vending machines. There was a rumor that there was a ghost in the building and sometimes it felt like it. Suddenly getting goose bumps, feeling like someone is looking at you and stuff like that. So one night I turned around and said...look uncle Sigi I don't know you and I have done you no harm, so please let me do my job in peace. Strange enough I never had that feeling again.

Ken...what you said make perfect sense. Christians stopped killing people or other faiths but the only change tactics. You need not kill them yourself you can just cause them to kill each other. That way no blood on your hands.

I suspect the reason why cults exist is because it is so easy to cash in on the masses who prefer to not take responsibility or think for themselves....as well as a great need to feel they belong. It is fairly easy to BS people. Even I can manage it if I really have to...

It is difficult to change who you have been all your life completely but changing bit by bit is not that difficult. The thing is you must be aware of what you want to change and really want to change it.

After reading this I realized at my age I have the same life expectancy as men my age. Also avoid doctors as they always find something wrong....ending up with medication I am anyway going to forget to take.

I think it has more to do with the distraction women can be to men if they are allowed join them in spiritual practice. That is unfortunately one flaw that men have...their minds get all muddled up when women are around.

It is so sad about the rocks....I also collect rocks with no value whatsoever. Yet to me they are special as they remind me of all the places I have been. I have also not written on them as they know where they come from even if I don't anymore.

Maybe but it is still going to take a long time. The majority of people still stick to their own race when it comes to marriage.

I call them emotionally unavailable men. They care a lot about you when they are with you but the moment they walk out the door they forget you exist. Know them well as I crossed paths with some of them. Not always easy to let them go but hanging on prevents you from meeting someone who really cares about you.

Mimi...I once hurt a man very badly because I was too stupid to see how much he loved me. Unfortunately circumstances made it impossible for me to change what I have done. It would have made me feel more terrible if I knew he could not love anyone again so was happy when he finally found someone else. I think your croc will also be happy for you if you can love again.
