And how is that going to prevent people from eating too much of the wrong food? There are so many things printed on packaging that in order for it to fit in you need a magnifying glass to read it. Why not put this on food...Warning this product makes you mildly fat/very fat/extremely fat. Then you can choose between the 3 options.

It is the idea that all people are the same and should be treated the same that is wrong. Even though we are made of the same stuff we are not the same. Some have brilliant minds while others are mostly stupid. You must respect all people as humans beings but you can't treat them the same.

Well...I met someone on the internet a year ago. He came to visit me and could not follow up on that as I was on my way to the Transkei. Contacted him a month later when I came back but he did not reply. About 2 weeks ago there was a knock on my door and there he was. Strange thing is he is in the process of buying some land where I have bought the plot so maybe we shall see each other again...in a year or so.

I had a couple of friend requests from people I don't know but after deleting them it never happened again. No strange friend has popped up on my friends list yet.

No use fighting the law so why not support the shelters rather than feed the ones on the street. If there is enough food at the shelters they would go there. Homeless people are not always harmless. I had a couple of not so good encounters with some of them. So rather than attacking the law makers go find a shelter and find out what you can do to help. Get others involved to help as well. That way you are helping a lot more than the one who is seeking for food in a rubbish bin.

I am with Luke on this one. Over thinking is not good when you have to make a decision. When I do that I do nothing in the end but when I just do it and think about it later lots of things get done. It is mostly not what you decided but what you do after you made that decision. You can make a good choice and mess it up afterwards by doubt or changing your mind again or anything stupid.

People don't talk about death. They avoid the subject as if avoiding it will make death go away. I don't understand it as knowing I can die any second is why I enjoy life. It is the motivation for most of my actions. It does not depress or make me sad to think of death. I miss the people I have known but in a way envy them as well as I think there is something magical about death. The final release from the material world. To be completely free....even if it is just for a single moment in time.
