Glad you had not too much damage and you did not loose the pine trees. Also moving to a rural area with lots of pine trees and fire is the one thing I fear most.
Know that feeling. Considering allowing someone into my life again but not so sure it is a good idea. The pictures in our heads about our future are definitely not the same. Am I selfish to decided it is my dream he can share if he wants to and not his dream I have to share in order for him to be happy. It is basically the same dream but also completely different so suspect this kite is not going to fly....as usual.
I think the problem with rejection is that it can leave permanent scars that can affect for the rest of your life. It is directly related to self image so it is a lot more difficult for people with an already low self esteem to get over it. Self image and rejection feed on each other so easy to get trapped in the downwards spiral.
Whether you like it or not you are part of everybody in some or other way no matter how hard you try to believe in the illusion of being different from everybody else.
You all have it wrong. It is to save the trees as with that you need not complete all that forms at the doctor or hospital anymore. They zap you and then they know everything about you. In South Africa where burning schools is something you do, when you are unhappy with anything, lots of people can't write so that can be of great help. See there are good reasons behind it.
Afraid I also would not have noticed the signs or would have picked the beautiful door assuming there are beautiful things to be seen behind that door.
Mclee...nothing tragic about doing what you have to do. How can free will make your life better if you have no control over anything around you. You cannot even control what is going on inside your own body.
If Judas did what he had to do in order to allow things to happen as it should how can it be wrong what he did? I suspect free will is only something we like to believe in but not something we really have. Our insignificant little lives are just part of a bigger picture. No matter what you choose in life you are just doing what you are suppose to do. The end result stays the same. We cannot change the bigger picture we can just make life easier or more difficult for ourselves.
It is maybe because you compare Turkey to Germany. After visiting Germany I realized for the first time my own country is just a glorified 3rd wold country.
I also wondered about that as according to my calculations he was one day and 2 nights in the grave. My son and I were talking about it just this morning. He was only dead from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. That is definitely not 3 days.
This is a very upsetting clip so will have to spend the rest of the day browsing for clips with instructions to untangle my brain again. I don't want to live with the fear that one morning I am going to wake up with a beard.
I think you will experience that if you actually bother to answer all the mail you get. I am extremely selective when it comes to answering mail so have not met fake people on here yet. It also depends on what you use as criteria to decide if someone is fake or not.
Think that shoes are a bit too big for you... I was too late to see any tulips when I was there...should have planned better as it seems like I missed out a lot.
Here are many well known ghosts in South Africa but I have not met any of them yet. Also loved ghost stories as a child. Now it will take a lot of convincing before I will accept the reality of a ghost.
Ken...I have done all that and there is still nobody who wants me
It seems like this site works as lots of people meet other here. As Ken said you must do your bit as well. Don't wait for men to contact you...do the boring job of looking through profiles and contact the ones you like.
The Prize Packages we also have. My name is Brand...Paul Brand was a regular at our pub even though I could seldom remember his name. Sad thing was the thriving business they had belonged to his wife and pretty much everything else as well.
Yes...it happens often. Some send you a mail or 2 and then never again. I just let it go assuming they are not interested or found someone more interesting.
Sponges a plenty in my little town and it is unbelievable how many things they score. The real professional ones have jobs and houses...they just don't like having to pay for anything.
