Zman, Malaysia and a lot of other South-East Asia countries do not have strict rules when it comes to child seat. It is not compulsory to place your child in a car-seat over here therefore it is very often you see toddlers and kids jumping up and down in the car while the vehicle is moving!
You know what Zman? Maybe it’s not such a bad idea, huh? Without the car-seat, I mean. That way, the child can even come up to the passenger seat beside you and that way you'd never forget that you have a child with you inside the car!
Oh one thing though, you should never ignore is your gut instinct. Most likely they are right or they’re trying to tell you or warn you about something.
Regarding the guy who were not interested in a serious commitment, I guess there’s no point in continuing a relationship with him since you’re looking for something more promising? I think you did the right thing...
