I totally agree with you, BW but Art and I are guilty as charged.
He and I will sit on the same couch every morning, he on one end and I’m on the other, each one of us immersing deeply on our electrical device.
Occasionally, one of us will look up and share what we just read online. In betweens, I’d replenish his coffee coz he likes his coffee like how he likes his women...’HOT’!!
We have our very own version of pho back home called ‘Kai See ( shredded chicken ) Hor Fun ( flat rice noodles ). Even Art loves it when he visited me in Malaysia and he’s a real finicky eater
Yes, InstantPot is excellent when it comes to soup dishes. I’d make chicken noodle soup in it and they turned out very flavourful.
In my opinion, it’s not really suitable for stir-fried Chinese cooking that requires the ‘wok hei’ It just won’t cut it.
Anyway, I use my InstantPot mostly for making yoghurt and egg bites. Oh! And chicken noodle soup
There are ups and downs too, just like any other relationships. MiMi is not an easy person to live with, with her ever changing moods and jealousy and now with her never-ending ailments
Will watch the video clip later but just wanna pop in and say that I absolutely adore Joanna Lumley and even more so after her contribution to the Gurkha Justice Campaign!
Hi Chat, I don’t intend to drive yet. Not confident enough coz I’ve been a ‘right hand drive’ driver since I was 17 and to suddenly switch to ‘left hand drive’ is a bit too daunting.
I reckon it will take me another year to overcome my fear. Only then I’ll get Art to look for an old beat up car for his MiMi!

Hi BW
