Hi there everyone, I am moving back to Cork at the end of August, and would love to meet up with any other members in the area at some point after that.
Im flying back to Cork from Devon, UK at end of month, but have some small furniture etc that I want to bring over. Does anyone know of a reliable "man with a van" who could help out?
Thats such a great success story! Good luck to you both!
Yeah, it used to be considered "odd" to go onto an internet dating site, but I think its becoming far more acceptable. In some ways, its safer, I guess.
Dont know! Just hope I will find my Mr Right here too, as you have found your Ms Right, Chris! Good man..
Just wanted to say, I met my last long term boyfriend on another site, and we were very happy for 3 years. It only ended due to factors that could apply to any relationship, so - yes - Id say it is possible to find happiness on sites. Just have to be wary of the scammers, I guess..
Hi. Saw the thread and thought Id just say something!
I also have wondered exactly how many people on here are really looking for relationships, or just chats. I myself AM looking seriously, and get fed up with guys who dont want to use the site for what it actually is meant to be - a DATING SITE!!
Nothing wrong with chatting only, as long as thats made clear to all.
Youre welcome. Go with your heart. Its the only way. As mentioned before, you have to meet someone in the flesh to really know them, eye contact, physical vibes, etc, but you sound as though you are falling for him, so go for it!
I met my last boyfriend on the net and we stayed together for 3 years! We only split because we had grown apart, but that can happen in any relationship - online or no..
I was very happy with him for most of those three years. We moved in together 6 weeks after meeting up (we did live close to each other anyway), and everything was great.
I would say just trust your gut instincts. There is no real research you can do in my opinion.
Im Bored
Bored, and its dark and cold here!!
