Scarey isn't it. I've seen some of those street smarts type of things done by Leno. Funny on the surface but when you really think about it, it's not so funny.
Yeah, I agree, it could have been any number of people or organizations involved. I think whoever it was they were more than likely responsible for the other people you mentioned and possibly others erased from existance during that period of time. Lot's of questions remain and the official stories don't add up.
I appreciate your comments but respectfully disagree. It is true the minority races, especially blacks have been unfairly scrutinized in the past and still are today. This was wrong. However, it is equally wrong for Rev Wright and his chuch to isolate themselves from others by their divisiveness. These are not just soundbites of information their home web page is full of the stuff as are the sermons given by Rev Wright. In my opinion, race should never matter in religion and anyone being involved in such things, especially a politician, shows poor judgement. Embracing this church and its race exclusive agenda was a mistake.
Exactly, I went out once with a woman who said some rather nasty, personal things about her last guy. That was the last date because I could see nothing other than my own name filling in those blanks should something go awry in the future.
I don't discuss my past partners in that context. To me it's not appropriate and it sends a signal to a potential partner that I would be something of a jerk should our relationship blossom and later fail (Discussing our intimate details with others).
I really wouldn't care to hear about their previous partners for the same reason as mentioned above
I would not want my partner talking about problems she has concerning our relationship unless she let me know there was a problem and gave me a chance to work it out first. To me, that's an issue of loyalty.
I also would care to much to have her talking about our personal intimate life but I can live with it (Especially if she's bragging about how good I am ) I just know I would feel uneasy doing the same thing with my friends.
A son asked his mother the following question: 'Mom, why are wedding dresses white?' The mother looks at her son and replies, 'Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure.' The son thanks his Mom and goes off to double-check this with his father. 'Dad why are wedding dresses white?' The father looks at his son in surprise and says, 'Son, all household appliances come in white.'
I suspect it's more because they are lazy. I was in Kuwait during most of the primaries, returning recently and was painfully aware when they were being held.
That's a good question. Unfortunately, I have posted to Dude countless times with information which has fallen on deaf ears, questions gone unanswered and debate ignored. I really see no point in wasting my time with a long explaination about our political system when he has really shown no interest.
Dude want's Obama to win and I respect that. Dude has a good heart and I think he's honestly driven in a direction he believes is right but he seems to blindly persue his position without consideration for others. JMO
Obama isn't a bad guy but his message does not match what I believe and though it does seem to be coming around to something a little more realistic, he still tends to blow a lot of smoke up people arses by telling them what they wish to hear rather than the hard truth. Again, JMO
Anyone that joins the military for the sole purpose of gaining employment are making a sad mistake. Like it or not, the military, regardless of country of origin, is a profession and with that comes responsibility beyond ones self. Someone should have explained that to our young Royalnavy friend.
I was 17 when I enlisted and had very specific goals. I knew the risks and understood the possible problems in the future. Since that time I have found myself involved in both conflicts with Iraq and other smaller conflicts. I didn't like it and would love to have avoided it but that's just the way it is.
I am a warped man because I think I get this joke. A little sick but picture if you will a balerina raising her leg high into the air (Woman raises her arm and points at the bar) and her coverings slip.

So true they're almost scarey
