I just like to see both sides using the same tactics.
I think we should do more of those Howard Stern type "Man on the street" surveys. They are probably the most telling as to what people really know and understand about the issues. The grossly uninformed public from both parties are turning this into a popularity contest and we'll get what we deserve. I will say that at least in the video under discussion now, the people showed at least a basic knowledge of Obama.
They certainly are closely related. The big difference being that the Christians give you a choice about putting money into the collection plate and then guilt you to death if they feel you don't give enough. Socialism cuts through the BS and just takes it.
I'm just spreading knowledge while gets ready to Obama spread the wealth.
Yes, I saw this. It was the same thing the Huffington Post posted. There's nothing else and again I will say that if there were any substance to it, the pro Obama media would be in the midst of a McCain feeding frenzy.
Perhaps they've just been too busy reading the NY Times attack on Mrs. McCain and staking out Joe the Plumber a his house. Seriously, the media in this election is so blantantly biased.
You seem to be somewhat of an expert as to how gay people should and should not behave. What is it exactly you're trying to say Dude? Perhaps being gay mean one would have to be like Barney and sleep with the higher ups in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Hmmmmm, the possibilities are absolutely endless indeed.
Naw Ship, I only wanted the Obama slanted stations. I figured they would be the ones slinging the mud a McCain if there any to sling. However, maybe I should check FOX, they are after all fair and balanced...
Well I have googled this till I am sick. The fact is, other than an article from Huffington post used in the LA times on 20 Oct there is nothing to substantiate your claim. Perhaps the important networks (CNN, CBS, ABC, MSNBC and the DNC are just a bit slow. Given their unbiased past behavior I really doubt it. Perhaps something will come out later but for the moment....
The thing is, I can't find much on this other than the Huffington post. I've checked the major networks and seen nothing (Not even CNN). If I find something I'll certainly respond but you know me. I want to see something a little more concrete. I would think the liberal media would have this all over the place. Maybe I missed something and I will surely reply if I find it.
Never fear Dude. If Obama's programs go through, the poor and homeless may just become the majority. I'm going to find it interesting when some of the major corporations and the affected small business' cut down on employees, shut down operations or move their business' elsewhere when Obama starts his wealth redistribution scheme.
I don't think he was intending to commit voter registration fraud. But does it make a lot of sense to pay a company, or receive and accept an endorsement from a company/organization which has been tied so closely to voter registration fraud allegations over the past 8 years? I think it speaks more to his judgement just like the other questionable judgement he's displayed.
My ex and I got along great after we split. So well we even got back together for a short time. We soon rediscovered the reason for our initial split and went ydifferent ways again. Still, we maintained a good friendship. When she got into a relationship later it really didn't bother me. I guess the situation was different because we tried twice and both really liked the way things ended up.
Even so, I don't think it's odd to have those feelings or to find it difficult. I guess you can find comfort in the fact that you handled this the best way anyone could and the fact that you do care speaks volumes about you.
This is going to go down in history as the worst election in history. Bush/Gore 2000 will be considered a minor error when compared to the lawsuits and rants of voter fraud from this one. This may actually lend some merit to the conspiracy that GWB wants to stay in office because it may take another 4 years to sort through it all..
You make some good points. I tend to believe it will be more war related. There's a storm brewing between Israel and Iran and there's no telling how Israel would respond if attacked or if they feel a real threat from Iran's alleged nuclear weapons program and their President's continued threats of wiping Israel off the map.
I am not a conspiracy theory type person and I don't buy into the "e's a closet Muslim" crap. Nor do I believe him to be Anti Semitic. I will further qualify this as my own opinion as opposed to it being fact. but it does strike me as odd that Obama has been involved with some rather radical and Anti Semitic groups/people. It makes me wonder how committed he would be should such an attack occur or if he would allow the connections with such groups to sway his decision to a point of inaction..
