There's no doubt the press are the ones selecting the next President. Not because they are so smart but we are too lazy, biased, blind or all of the above to think for ourselves. This election, as most are, is nothing more than a popularity contest.
But it you were a US citizen and lived in one of the swing states you could probably vote many times. Of course you would have to register with ACORN's assistance..
Good post, most people are less concerned with the actual content of the bill than they are of the mumbo jumbo political posturing going along with it. Seems the public is reacting more to a presidential election than they are on the cause and appropriate action to take to the current economic problem.

I can't speak for the rest of these guys but I always considered my divorce the best medicine. No veiled threat intended. I was just trying to say that with McCain's election we get someone experianced and the possibility of having someone inexperianced take over should something happen to McCain. In Obama's case, the opposite is true. Sorry if it wasn't clear
She may not be ready to be President but she's as qualified, if not more so than Obama. At least with McCain there's a chance he'll live through his presidency and we'll never have to find out for sure. The case for Obama is much more bleak.
I went to Istanbul for 5 days and then to Cappadocia. To me, Cappadocia was awesome. Stayed in a cave hotel, saw the sites. Only wish I had more time to explore more places.
