The entire gulf region is more like a "relationship of convenience" for the United States on an as-needed basis...... Take Turkey where the U.S. has beefed up there defenses against Syria and United Arab Emirates and Qatar buy billions of U.S. military stuff while allowing U.S. naval vessels to dock there etc.

I don't care what they do with Sicily except Palermo; where my paternal family is from.

Hmmm what misinforming U.S. media sources are you referring to? Most everyone here is tired of dealing with other's squabbles and losing sons and daughters for in grateful people. Heck, our own leaders are in grateful for the sacrifices made in helping others.

Let's see, you want to cease funding to Israel, which also benefits Palestinians? And you want to further arm the enemy of the only Allie of the U.S.A. in that region?

First, the U.S.A. should give either England or the state of New Jersey to all non-Jewish residents of Israel and fund their relocation to there.

Second, the U.S.A. should then fund the construction there, in New Jersey, of the largest mosque ever imagined.

Lastly, then let Christians restore the Golden Gate in the old city Jerusalem (gate East of the Temple Mount) and let Jewish state of Israel build their desired temple in the old city Jerusalem.

Sometimes, Sid, I think your mind is faster than when universe expanded at the Big Bang, which was faster than the speed of light is known to be, today.

This can only be possible because all three, you, Big Bang and speed of light, have to operate in a vacuum.
