RE: All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go...

"Separate bedrooms? SEPARATE BEDROOOMS????

Humph! So much for packing my crotchless underwear.grin

Hi everyone! It's me!

wave

RE: All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go...

Ok, Ok I will admit it. Sheila is coming to visit me....separate bedrooms of course!! Have a safe trip and I will see you in a few hours. Don't forget to ask Batman for some shark repellant.

RE: Match em up

Ms Dean.. I think I can pass your standards.

I can tie my own shoe laces.
I don't drink or smoke, but I can buy liquor at any bar, liquor store or street corner.
I don't do drugs...except for cymbalta...ask me later what it is...

i am very interested in da woman--my holmie, Cris

RE: Match em up

Stacy--this is your forum. Is it fair if I proclaim Cris as a match for me? I am sure everyone here knows, but Cris is the most intelligent, thoughtful woman in CS forums! She is an amazing woman and I hope Reno won't bite my head off!!!uh oh

RE: Match em up

Serenity and MBCasey--what a pair!!! But I guess Serenity has a vote also. Sorry if I was presumptuous.wave

RE: Match em up

Serenity is gorgeous. Sure Nicole is gorgeous also. But Nicole is so far away....and I don't mean distance. But a down to Earth, beautiful woman like Serenity is more beautiful because of her available smile and soul.

RE: maybe a new.....

I have had surgery on my back also--malignant melanoma--I wouldn't care if a woman had half her back removed--please don't think that any importance in a relationship concerns vanity. A woman who overcomes any physical ailment is beautiful to me.

RE: What do you prefer in your partner agewise...older or younger?

hi Serenity--how about someone 9 years older who is not eye candy, but eye handy?

RE: Match em up

Blanca--may I suggest someone who is more stable than Tom Cruise.....ok maybe someone who is almost as stable? ME! Well, maybe Oprah's couch can help you with this one.Katie has nothing on Serenity!

RE: Match em up

Blanca....what about Sheila????

RE: Match em up

Amen beachfarmer--Dickens just knows his peeps...even in today's world.

RE: Match em up

How about Serenity and Charles Dickens? If Boz can't make it, I would be glad to take his place.blushing

RE: Putting the "fun" in dysFUNctional!

I cannot offer an opinion since I am the black sheep of my familyinnocent

RE: Can't Promise A Tomorrow...

There are alot of "me" oriented people out there...the trick is where to find the "we" oriented people (boy that sounded corny..sorry). There are alot of decent people here in CS, especially the forums. I am relatively new to CS and the forums and I am finding that the people here are mostly caring, decent people with integrity. They are also funny as hell!laugh

RE: Can't Promise A Tomorrow...

Thanks Wikked. I suppose you are right.

RE: Can't Promise A Tomorrow...

I met someone on CS who I was very attracted to and we got along great. We dated for about a month and she had to move away. I have learned that I really want a tomorrow, and a next day, and a next day...I miss her more everyday she has been gone. So living for today is nice but very unfulfilling.

RE: Does fighting have a weird effect on you

Fighting has the opposite effect on me--I feel terrible after it is all said and done. But I have known many people (couples especially) who somehow enjoy fighting, even to the point where they are totally turned on by it.

And I also know couples where fighting is the only thing they have left to hold on to...pretty sad. So be careful....

RE: What are a few of your favorite movies?

Gone With The Wind, Birdy, Barfly, Caddyshack

RE: Is there a song that makes you cry ?

"Ave Maria"

RE: Ask me anything...

Serious question...How can I mend my broken heart?

RE: Who Would You Like.......

Only one thing can make Yolkzonu speechless...when her mouth is full of........

salt water taffy. Now stop thinking what you all are thinking!!!

RE: Who Would You Like.......

See through wrapping? Has to be Yolkzonu...kiss

RE: weight Loss program...That works

You just listed 7 opinions on how to eat, and then you say stop listening to other people's opinions regarding how you should eat?confused

All I did was offer an opinion based on fact that worked for me.I think people who buy books and diet plans are somewhat foolish when the simplest and most successful way to lose weight is eat less and exercise--totally free advice.

As far as losing weight being "ego driven", of course it is. I had low self esteem when I was fat and would never consider joining a dating site. Now I have more confidence and my ego is given a boost when I get compliments. Not just on how I look, but the determination and perseverence that I adopted when I started losing weight 11 months ago. It is tough to lose weight and people who do have their own reasons why. But ego is probably on most people's list why they want to lose weight, so it is a silly notion to offer ego as a put down. Case closed. Next???applause

RE: weight Loss program...That works

LOL--I think that is the best weight loss system around. And maybe instead of walking 12 miles a day, a woman who plans to visit you could be my seduction--I mean reduction partner when she comes to visit me.devil

RE: weight Loss program...That works

cheering applause WAY TO GO--doesn't matter how, but what matters is how you feel. I know it sounds corny but it is true. By the way, you look great! Losing weight is more psychological than physical. You have to change your lifestyle for life. Losing the weight is great but keeping it off is the hard part. But if you keep doing what you have done to lose the weight, you won't have a set back. (Why do I feel like Tony Roberts all of a sudden?)

RE: weight Loss program...That works

I know it is tough, but be patient. Also, give yourself a pat on the back and be proud of what you accomplished!!applause I walk very fast, so maybe quickening the pace would help. Cut out all sugar and that will really help. Losing weight takes time to do--just don't stop what you have done to lose 30 lbs and add the few suggestions that I gave and you will be surprised. Good luck!!

RE: weight Loss program...That works

Yolk you vixen you! I would be more comfy getting into something else though....blushing

RE: weight Loss program...That works

Thanks Yolk, you pencil faced beauty. Yolk has gone from weighing about 140 lbs, to weighing 7 lbs in just 1 week! Ask her how? lol.

RE: weight Loss program...That works

What 1st drew you to the truck driver? We all pretty much, no matter who you are, make instant judgements about people--1st impressions are a part of our makeup. Didn't his appearance at 1st give you pause Blanca?

RE: weight Loss program...That works

Motivation..that is what it is all about no matter if the motivation is important like a career goal, or small like someone wants to lose weight to fit into a pair of comfortable blue jeans.
