I really enjoyed Vinyl Cafe on CBC, and on the many drives I've made around Canada, I'd often listen to his program, and even stop occasionally if I knew I'd lose reception.
He did come back though, and hasn't left yet, still pinned against me. My lil' Poopoo, there is no other dog in the world that compares....at least not to me.

I've complained about a few, but to them themselves, not the mod's. Although, I did get accused of being passive/aggressive recently, even though I directly replied to the concerned party. I can only guess they were trying to play psychoanalyst on here, but who knows what their motivation was. I'm better passive than aggressive anyway, I'm not nice when aggressive, although I don't know anyone that is.
I'm not a Trump fan, but that has little to do with his presidency, it's more to do with his business dealings over the last few decades. You have to remember, here in Canada we're bombarded with US television, and all that it entails, and it ain't all pretty. The vast majority is social conditioning and programming, a good dose of propaganda, some decent comedies, and some very well done documentaries by PBS and the likes. It's tough seeing what goes on just a mere 15 minutes away from me, knowing they aren't being told the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. I've seen the rise and fall of Trump, and what he's capable of, as well as what his motivations are, and I find it hard to believe that it's for the betterment of the general public of the US. In saying that, I do still think he was the better choice, in this last of many flawed elections that I can think of, in recent memory.
What does it take for a country to have a good leader, and not just the US, but any of the supposedly free countries in the western world? Are there any good leaders anywhere? Are we stuck with the bottom of the barrel miscreants that surfaced in a sewage pit of this supposed "elite"? They're nothing more than "privileged", due to their parent's money, and that of their fore fathers. Better educated, maybe, but not "elite", that's a misnomer, seeing as it refers to someone that is better than the rest, due to their own nature, ability, or intelligence, not their "birth right".
